Excellent experience. I had to return a pair of glasses that did not look good on me, and had awful peripheral vision. I started a return, ordered a different pair at 11 PM Tuesday night, and had the new glasses in hand at noon Friday. I was upgraded to overnight shipping at no extra cost, and the production team went above and beyond to get my glasses shipped ASAP. I recommend glasses.com to all my glasses wearing family and friends.
