I really just don’t like how this pair looks on me. Not your fault but I just hate wearing them. AND transitions is a waste of money. They can never be used as sunglasses. They simply don’t get dark enough.

UPDATE; After several attempts glasses.com sent me a corrected pair at no additional cost. I placed an order for a new pair of glasses with glasses.com and used my prescription benefits to cover a portion of the lenses. The pricing seemed cheaper than at the optometrist. Fast forward two weeks and the glasses came in. I was excited because I needed new glasses and they looked great. Once I looked at the lenses I noticed that there were numbers and letters physically etched into the lenses. I contacted cc and provided them with my order number and requested a replacement and expedited. First cc told me I needed to request a refund label, send them back, wait for a refund and reorder. I said no, mail me a replacement expedited. This went back and forth. I can’t believe they mailed me glasses with etching on the lens and how in the world that passed inspection.

The arms on the glasses where they connect at the screw is unfinished and rough, not smooth as it should be. As a result, I have been scratched several times.

The shipping time is something that needs work. I watched the estimated ship date change 3 to 4 times before it was actually shipped out.

First, the good: when their website was having issues with my insurance, their customer service made things right and provided me with a discount, without it taking hours of back-and-forth. But there were many glitches with the process. The website itself is a bit sluggish, and difficult to navigate. I was unable to get the website to recognize my insurance, despite the fact my plan lists Glasses.com on their website as a place that accepts it. I placed my order, and it took several days to process. The website claims shipping can take "up to 7 business days", but mine took longer. I ordered my glasses on January 7th, and received them on January 30th. Over three weeks seems like a very long time. I'm happy with the glasses, but might go back to a place in-person next time.

Everything about the purchase process has been quite slow. Order processing, shipping, replies to emails. I requested a return the day the glasses were delivered. It took two days to receive a shipping label. Still waiting to hear if the glasses have been received and waiting for my insurance to be restored so I can order another pair. Not a bad experience, just a very slow one. We live in the Amazon age where delivery is fast and returns are simple. Even on a 10 dollar product.

I love the frames, but both lenses had deep scratches when I received the glasses. I feel like I had already gone through enough trouble for WEEKS due to the insurance issue glasses.com was having where I wasn’t able to apply my insurance. To finally be able to order, pay hundreds, and then receive scratched lenses really upset me.

The glasses were returned because they were supposed to be polarized and they were not. I returned them and they were supposed to be redone. Someone dropped the ball and the replacement was never started. Supposedly they finally started them and I have been trying to get an update. I still haven’t heard anything. It’s been over 2 weeks since I returned the original order.
