This eyeglasses were pretty heavy for me and cused pain behind my ear after wearing 1-2 hours, I though I will get used to but it persisted.

Everything was great except for actually getting my glasses. Paid for express shipping and go a behold glasses are lost and it’s gonna be another two weeks to get them. UPS never even received the glasses. So 3 weeks total when I paid for 2 days. This is ridiculous.

I ordered these frames in tortoise color. The first time I ordered them they were tortoise color on the inside and part of the ear pieces but the frame around the front of the lenses was a solid very dark brown/ black. I returned the first pair of glasses and was told that they would send out the correct color frames as per the photo on the web site. I received the second pair of glasses today and the glasses were the exact same as the first pair of glasses. I am very disappointed that the color is not tortoise on the front of the frame as shown in the picture online. I do like the shape and the prescription was perfect. I'm still deciding whether to keep these because Glasses.com said they could not do another exchange, they would have to do a refund. I am finding it difficult to buy glasses this way because some of the frames I am interested in are not able to be tried on virtually.

The glasses say that the are pink, but this is not the case. Beige with not even a hint of pink.

I used this web page two weeks ago and after hard navigation on the web, was able to make an order. Using my insurance just paid an extra $30.00. Now i try to order one pair for my wife and even the glasses stated frame and lenses included, at time of using my insurance, they want to charge extra $185.00 and if I do not use the insurance, $125.00. All the extras are por expensive with Insurance that without insurance. Customer service unable to explain.

I am now on my sixth pair of glasses from them in three years, the frames are great and even though they will ask for your prescription like 10 times before they get it right my main concern or complain is the quality of the lenses themselves. Again I am now on my sixth pair and they just don’t seem to last. I strictly only use the little terry cloth that comes with the glasses and I just can’t seem to prevent them from getting all scratched up, just now as I’m writing this review as I am wearing a pair that is literally a week old and already it has scratches on it. Obviously I ordered the best poly carbonate lens that they have but still they just get all scratched up too easily and that coating on them is even worse, it just doesn’t seem able to withstand anything, it seems like even with your sweat it just smudges and you end up having to replace them all over and as everybody knows you can’t just order new lenses from them you have to order a whole new pair of glasses so now I am stuck with six frames that are worthless because the lenses are all scratched up.

I ordered a new pair of glasses back in April, when they finally arrived I discovered that I couldn't see with them past the bridge of my nose because they had messed up my prescription. I contacted customer service and requested a return which to their credit was a mostly painless experience and this time they requested a picture of my prescription so nothing would happen (hence 2 stars vs 1, I like to be fair and consider all aspects of the experience in my rating). Well, as the title suggests, after another wait to receive the new pair....they were even WORSE and I could not see anything with the new pair they provided! It's unbelievable that in this market where companies are fighting tooth-and-nail to get one over on the competition that I could hand them a copy of my prescription and they could still mess up this badly. I will not be wasting any further time or energy with this website.

They have no optician you can speak to, so there is no way for you to ask anybody any questions that have to do with the glasses themselves because the people available via chat (no phone option), are just call center employees. The time it takes to get your glasses is several weeks. I will never choose to use them again and wouldn’t have if it weren’t for Covid
