They were bot able to fix them, but I was given a number to call and the young lady name was Mrs. Tia Wilson. She made me feel good from the start. For the most part, the website was easy to navigate. However, when it came to actually choosing my frames, there was no way to confirm which size I ordered until I received the confirmation email. Nothing prior to billing listed this information. This was an issue because the style of frame I choose had many different colors to choose from and only two sizes, which did not come in every color. Fortunately, I received excellent customer service. I ordered my sunglasses on a Saturday after customer service hours and did not expect a response until Monday. After I received the confirmation email and noticed my error, I immediately emailed customer service to cancel my order. By the next day (Sunday), I received an email from Piper about cancelling my order and she also sent a link to the correct size frame, which I then ordered. My sunglasses were shipped to LensCrafters, which was very convenient, arrived faster than estimated, and were beautiful. I’d order again from Glasses.com!
