Glasses.comReviews of glasses.com

I looked at several other website for my new glasses and this website was definitely the best. So glad I purchased here, fast delivery- best pricing and also it was very easy to order.

First time using Glasses.com or any online store for an eye prescription. Glasses.com made the process simple, straight forward and was able to show accurate charges for me and my insurance company before checking out. I was skeptical on how things would fit and if the Rx would be as good as an in-person fitting. I reluctantly put in my RX information, selected my frames and features and they handled everything else flawlessly. My glasses were shipped to my door in just a few days, no hidden charges and they fit perfect. Competitors were asking me to pay for everything and get a reimbursement check which is a hassle and time consuming. I will definitely consider Glasses.com for future prescriptions and highly recommend their convenient services.

I was anxious to receive first pair of glasses from this company. When they arrived they were broken. I called company and the sent a return label, I sent them back and a new pair arrived in about a week. I love them! So happy for the great customer service they have. I would definitely recommend this company for glasses.

Great customer service. My frames split apart after 2 months but they were so gracious. Immediately replaced my prescription and frames in a week. Absolutely delighted with the care and will be using them for all my vision needs!

Glasses.com had the best selection and price with my insurance carrier. The website was well designed and easy to use.
