Glasses were used not new. Plastic tab removed and bunched in box, scuff on frame, and crumpled paper.

I like that it was easy to apply my insurance benefits to my purchase and to save my prescription. I found plenty of styles that I liked and could choose from. I did NOT like the fact that the price of the frames changed (i.e., increased) with every option for the lenses I chose. This was very confusing. In the end I just looked at the overall price and decided whether to buy. I cannot write a review of the quality yet as I haven't received my glasses.

The website is hard to maneuver

Ordering online was painful. I had to guess to get from bag to purchase. I must have tried one half dozen times before it all came together. Work on the User-Interface! Nevertheless Theier customer service is pretty good. Previous return of eyeglasses went very smoothly. So a mixed bag.

Online process has a few glitches and over the phone could be better as well. They don't honor promotions adevrtised when applying insurance on discounted glasses. It was less expensive than using my Davis vision policy. Great if you know exactly what you want. If you need insurance or need to speak with someone probably better going else where

The shipping date kept getting pushed back. The original shipping date for them was 1/16. They kept moving the date back every time the date that was given would come up. on 1/21 I spoke with customer service who told me that they should ship that night or the next morning. They did not ship until 1/24.

It was difficult to apply my insurance company information for my purchase. I had to alter my birthday by one day in order for the website to backdate my actual entry one day to be a correct date. Customer service said this has been an issue on their website for customers.
