Glasses.comReviews of glasses.com

Excellent glasses are exactly made they way I wanted, bought ladies coach progressive excellent frames

I ordered some frames with my health insurance, but a technical glitch did not allow the order to go through, so glasses.com gave me an extremely steep discount (more off than the insurance was going to give me!). Then, when they came in, the prescription was off. Turns out my eye-doc got it wrong on paper. With an updated prescription, I asked glasses.com to fix it. They took them back, fixed them, and then shipped them out all for free! It wasn't even their fault the glasses were goofed, it was my eye doc's fault. Can't ask for a better experience than that!

Fit perfect.

The effectiveness and professionalism displayed by the sales representative was what made my recent experience awesome.

Great choices and competitive pricing.

I have bought multiple items online over the years, but glasses were one thing I was always hesitant to buy online. Just wasn't sure if I would like the style, would they fit right, how they would look on me. But I am so glad I did braved it and ordered on here. I've beer wearing glasses for 30 years and this is probably my favorite pair ever. I will definitely be returning for my eye care needs here.

Spoke with a rep by phone to correct a billing mistake my eye doctor made that used up my insurance coverage. The rep was very helpful resolving the issue

Glasses I received are awesome. Very easy to purchase online along with my vision insurance.
