I've purchased, and returned, several pairs both with prescriptions and as demo glasses to try on first. I've never had a problem and the pairs I kept are absolutely excellent. This company replaced Coastal for me in the US. Nothing but positive experience after positive experience. I'm sorry for those that have had less than positive experiences. I'll keep coming back as long as they continue to exist.

Both the website and "try-on" app were easy to navigate and produced realistic results. I can't tell you how pleased I am with my new glasses. I was extremely skeptical about ordering online, but you knocked it out of the park! My new glasses are perfect!

My glasses came quickly and look great, the entire process of purchasing was easy and the prices were a bit better than a brick and mortar glasses shop.

My experience was great. There was a great selection of frames. I really like the tool of virtually able to see how the frames looked on my face. I received my order in a very timely manner.
