had a few bumps in the road, but were quickly resolved. I ordered 2 pair one with my prescription and other frames only, i decided i want prescription in that pair only to be told i cant send them back to have lens put in , they were bought from glasses.com so why cant they put lens in

So far, not impressed. The focus is off when I look at something on my desktop or walking up or down stairs. I also note the prescription I sent in called for an ADD on the OD and OS of 2.75. The paperwork returned with the glasses show an ADD of: RX Ordered: 3.00 & 3.00 plus RX in Lensometer of 2.87 & 2.85. I will go to the nearby TARGET and ask them for help.

The glasses shipped rapidly and were well packed. The one problem I had was that unlike all of the other glasses I have ordered from Glass.com there was no case included. You would think for the price of a pair of Ray-bans they could include some type of case.

The frames are great. The lenses, not so much. I cannot see up close at all. I need to lift them to see. So pretty much a waste of money.

The glasses arrived weeks late despite paying extra for fast delivery. Now you announce there is no live representatives to talk to anymore. How will I get a refund on “rush” delivery?

First the site said they accepted my insurance and figured it all for me and my cost came to zero, but at the end it asked me to put in credit card info before I could check out. Now I'm wondering if that means I will have to ask my insurance company for my money or if they will turn it in to them themselves. I could find no explanation. I've sent a text to the company which may be responded to in a couple of days.

Honestly it took a couple of tries to get the right prescription in the frames. I loved the customer service. They were very helpful with my complaints.

I see a crack one one of the lenses (right) will need to return the glasses 👓 to get a better replacement
