Total scam. Save your time and energy and just order in person somewhere that will use your insurance properly/ensure your prescription is actually on the lenses you ordered.

Worse customer service ever! They insisted that I email them my doctors rx and info which I did twice. I even called. After 3 times, I canceled my order. 17 days later I still have not received my money back (which they take immediately) now I have to dispute the charges with my bank. Never again!

I have ordered my glasses twice and they can't get the prescription correct. The second time I ordered them I did it on the phone. Read my prescription to them and it's still wrong.

The glasses finally got here. The problem is when I ordered them. It said the glasses would be here on the 14th because I paid an extra 1499 for speedy delivery when I looked on the website. It said that they were gonna be here on the 14th and then when I looked two days later, it said it was gonna be here on the 20th then when I looked two days later, says it was gonna be here on the 22nd then when I looked two days later, it said it was gonna be here on the 27th I finally got my glasses. The glasses are nice. The price was good but your service on your delivery on when you’re gonna deliver is terrible.

I have an email saying pick up when delivered was at lens crafters as I chose, only for it to be shipped to my old apartment which wasn’t clear. I didn’t know this till I got to the lens crafters where the didn’t have my order. Also the glasses were pretty flimsy for their price, loose, and weren’t shipped in a protective way. They were in a very large eye glass case which meant they were rattling in the case getting smacked around the entirety of shipping. Considering they’re frameless and delicate looking, that wasn’t a smart move. They came loose, cheap feeling, and not for me

I ordered and paid for progressive lenses but received distance only. I'm doing a return. Not sure how your system didn't capture it. I had to select progressive and then the type of progressive. Weird.

Horrible website. You waste hours as you cannot filter by eyewear sizes and measurements. Yo find one that may fit, and then the lens choices are a joke. 5 kinds of blut filter that I don't even want. I want high index. The only reason I tried it is because of my crappy insurance, Eyemed. If you do order, then they jack up the costs.

I ordered a pair of glasses and all that arrived was empty box with no glasses in it. 2 sheets of paper (Lens Dispenser Information & Lab Info Sheet) in a plastic bag, NO GLASSES.
