I've been a customer for 4yrs now. My glasses are ABSOLUTELY beautiful!! My only, minor issue is that I wish the Ruby red transition was a little darker. Otherwise, awesome service and quality products!! I chose a Vogue lens with a purplish frame (they called it copper) The frames are gorgeous.

The ease of purchasing online was great. Easy to add prescription and pick through glasses. This was my first experience. My only complaint is I don't really love the glasses. The nose pieces rattle and the glasses are very tight on my head. I am hopping this will loosen up as I wear them. This is not a reflection on the company, just wish it was easier to know the width. Learning experience for me I will be more careful next time to pay attention to that. For first time purchases or ever returning costumers maybe flag when there are different widths of glasses. My package came in so quickly which I loved !! The packaging was perfect and I had no issues with at all!! My glasses are absolutely beautiful and it came in the way it needed too !!

Instructions were easy to understand. Costs were great. Website was easy to navigate and learn the process. It was great to have Picture and video option to see how my face would look. Cute frame designs available.
