The glasses are exactly as expected. They were easy to order and the prescription seems right on. The web site pulls in your insurance info and applies it to the price easily. I didn't have to submit a claim, glasses.com handles it. After shopping around I went back, they completed the order quickly and the glasses were delivered earlier than expected.

Great quality glasses. These were a replacement for another pair that had a QC issue 6 months after I got them. The rep was super nice and quickly had my replacement pair sent.

I had went to a new optometrist and they gave me an incorrect prescription twice. I called Glasses.com’s customer service and they sent me 2 replacements once I got the correct prescription. Later in the year one of the legs screws kept getting loose and falling out even after getting it tightened at an optometrist office, and eventually missing in the first year. They again sent me a replacement for the glasses. It’s worth the money and the customer service is top tier.
