The incorrect prescription was sent the first time, but glasses.com made the return easy and corrected the issue on the second shipment. Thank you. I Love my new glasses!

I ordered my glasses and there was not a way to load up my prescription to insure no mistakes were made. They also did not check with my eye doctor or ask their name to insure no mistrakes were made and well my prescription was missing my add for both eyes. I had to wait the weekend to call as they are not open and when I called I was granted a return but it would take 24 hours for the label to be emailed to me and then it will take until the return is accpeted for my insurance dollars to return to my account. I expect by then my frames will not be available so not very convient on the order end and it will be weeks now before I will have new glasses.

The price for the name brand frames was really good. The lenses appear to be just as good quality as I get from the optometrist. No fault of glasses.com, but the USPS took a bit longer than anticipated to deliver them.

Website was easy to use, I entered my insurance at the beginning but had to reenter it at checkout. Wish the discounted glasses were more accessible and the try on option were more realistic. Glasses took a while to be cut but once the were shipping was quick. Overall I would say it was a good experience and I would probably shop for glasses here again.

After weeks of waiting and going back and forth on chat my glasses finally arrived and I have to say they look awesome and feel great. I guess it was well worth the wait!

I wish there was tool to measure your PD. Other than that this was a great experience and the price was great on the glasses.

Glasses arrived and they are great. My only disappointment was the delay in my first order that resulted in it’s cancellation and what I feel was poor communication about what was going on in terms of contacting me directly by phone rather than trying to send an email that apparently I never got.
