From ordering to needing help customer service they were absolutely wonderful. Made sure I got the best price possible and I literally got my glasses in like three days and I ordered them on a Sunday. They definitely were expensive but I did buy the most expensive pair there and they definitely had better prices, but I was set on the brand that I got, which was Tiffany and Co. so I already expected to pay a pretty price definitely got me a good price though

I love the frames. I did not order my lenses because I wear progressives and did not know how to do that online. Will definitely order again. Received very quickly and beautifully packaged.
