Glasses with the discounts applied were reasonably priced. They arrived quickly. But the frame was too small for me. So returning. However even though too small, the Giorgio Armani frame was warped badly. Poor quality, less than expected.

The glasses I received are bent and crooked. The right lense isn't fully in the frame. I will be calling to hopefully get this resolved.

I had my glasses shipped to LensCrafters because I wasn’t home and just in case I needed adjustments, then could do it I store. No problem receiving the glasses, however, when I got home, I noticed the prescription was all wrong. I mean, I am near sighted with a reading prescription and they put a single vision, very low prescription in the glasses. I reviewed my order just to make sure I didn’t submit it incorrectly, but I did it right. I’ve submitted a request online regarding the error and waiting for customer service to respond. I love the frames and just need them to correct this problem. If I could just take it to the store and let them fix it, that would be better.

Glasses.com site is buggy. Some screens don’t accept input. Also when trying to pay it allows Apple Pay but it didn’t work. Then I just entered all my info and then Apple Pay option was available again . That time it worked. That is bad design. Fix your website! Other than that it’s a good value. FYI I design and code sites for a living .

I have asked for a return label for a previous pair of prescription glasses on both Saturday 11/29 and again on 12/1. Just for one pair of RA7044 which I ordered 11/3. I have not yet received the return label. It was only supposed to take 2 days to generate that and email it to me. I am very concerned that the process is all AI or digital bow and it is hard to solve problems like this. Please let me know ow if/when I can get the return label for the RA7044. Thank you.

Despite easily finding a pair of glasses I really liked, the website would not accept my insurance ID number so I had to pay out of pocket and now have to file for reimbursement. The only reason I ended up onvthis website is because my insurance providers website directed me here. The insurance look up tool does not work for Specterra vision plans.
