I have ordered prescription eye wear from glasses.com twice now and have been incredibly happy with both experiences. I like that they have nice designer level frames, more so than my local places. This last order was processed very quickly for progressives and I had them in hand within 7 days which was amazing. I have not had to use their customer service, as both of my orders flowed very smoothly.
