Delivery was fast and efficient after the first order was lost and it was suggested I contact USPS to find my order.

I was expecting the glasses sooner but when companies use USPS you never know when you'll get your packages anymore. They glasses themselves are great. Exactly what I ordered and I'm glad I bought them. I'm always afraid to order online because I wear trifocals but these glasses exceeded my expectations!

The order process was quick and easy. The glasses arrived and had a small scratch on the frame and one of the legend clamp screws does not seat fully leaving a small gap.

Everyone involved responded quickly and pleasantly. I wish I had a chance to go over my choice of replacement with someone before they proceeded it but I love the new ones much better than the originals.
