Ordered in early July with "2 to 3 week delivery" and today's September 12th. Contacted them numerous times with no response. Finally gave up and contacted the site i ordered through explaining my ordeal. Said they'd get back to me withing 60 days of an investigation. Got back to me this week and told me I didnt have to pay after they couldn't reach the company either. Dont order from these people!!

It still hasn’t shipped. It’s been 6 days. A label has been created but I guess it’s just sitting in the warehouse not getting shipped, so that is very weird to me.

My order arrived entirely shattered. I’ve attempted to contact customer service multiple times and have received no response.

I received my order on April 23, 2026 and was disappointed to find one of the glasses I ordered is broken--the base of the glass is shattered. I email support immediately upon opening the package and discovering the broken glass. It is May 5, 2026 and I still have not heard anything back from Glasscias. If I am honest, the quality of these glasses is also disappointing and not what I expected based on the price.

It's a scam. The glasses advertised as 'crystal' are half the weight and twice the thickness of a true crystal glass. They are standard glasses made in China that you will see at Cost Plus. And good luck returning them. I've sent 3 unanswered emails requesting return instructions.

The glasses are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Except one arrived broken at the stem. I have sent photos and multiple emails. Also sent a message through their website. No response. Two glasses for 120 bucks plus the import fees, shipping. Now I have just one glass for that amount.

Hi Luda, Thank you for reaching out and sharing the payment status. We’ve checked on our end, and it appears that the order was not completed, and no payment was received through PayPal on our side. Since the payment was processed via Revolut, we recommend contacting their support team directly to confirm the status of the transaction and whether the funds were actually released. Sometimes, transactions that appear “completed” on your end may still be held or reversed on the payment provider’s side. As we haven’t received any funds, it’s difficult for us to proceed with the order or issue a refund from our end, but we’re happy to support you in any way we can once there’s more clarity from Revolut. Let us know how it goes or if you receive further updates.
