I really like their products, but unfortunately they banned me from buying from them again. I am really upset and my feelings were really hurt on Friday. Glamlite was one of my favorite companies. People’s tone in emails can be different. They don’t give you any window of forgiveness. If you make comments to BBB it’s a consider a form of a abuse. If you ask why your tracking hasn’t been updated in months it’s a form of abuse. If you reverse changes because your tracking never updated it a form of abuse. I just feel like their products aren’t cheap and if tracking isn’t update the normal reaction is did I get scammed. So I will just wait until I see their stuff on clearance at Marshall’s.

I made a few orders because I was pretty excited. Haven’t heard anything. It’s been about a month already tried to email him twice no response have no idea how I’ll ever get my money back definitely won’t order them again.

Never dealt with a company so shady. There is no customer service, and when someone finally answered me via social media, they were very rude and condescending. Anyone who questioned where their package was was blocked on social media and their comments deleted in real time. Many peoples only resort was to comment on the page due to no email response in over a month. What they do is let you purchase the item even if they do not have enough, then “create” a shipping label so you do not worry. They product or lack their of, will sit in the warehouse for up to 14 weeks until they can make more. Then they will ship it to you. I also work in manufacturing and they are 100% using customer money to make more product without the customer knowing. Hence the long wait time. This company basically uses the excitement of the fans of the movies of the makeup they drop and then abuse them and take their money. The email for the customer service has never answered myself and about 10 other people I have found via social media ever. Some people have never even gotten refunds or their packages since February and beyond. They will take your money and literally run with it. All the while posting all day long and acting like they are good people. Please go to TikTok and look up all the videos of the people they have screwed over. People who never got their packages or response from customer service only to walk into a department store and see the makeup collection there. People who waited in line online for collection drops who never even received them. Many users have reported them to the better business bureau.

I am still waiting for a refund for a defective palette since February and it’s now the end of may. Glamlite sent a palette that stunk strongly of paint ignored my concerns for over a month then finally sent a return label in March, I sent it back and still don’t have my money. This company is shady, has terribly condescending communication and should never get any one’s money

I ordered the new Mikayla phat two palette five days ago, and I already received it, and in perfect condition. I am so excited as I read many reviews, and YT comments saying delivery took a month. Maybe this is for new(er) releases? I will definately order from Glamlite again.

It took over a month for my order to ship for one, but I contacted customer service twice before the order shipped to inform them I was no longer at the address I originally provided and they failed to contact me back or fix it to a new address.

So I ordered the mikayla 2 pallete eyelashes and brushes one for me and one for my sister in law and they shipped it to wrong address and then refused to resend it or refund me and told me leaving a bad review tht any other threats would be sent to be defamed or whatever so I suggest you not buy from them they have no number to contact them

I also ordered the Chucky collection. And while it was on back order at the time I understood that it was going to take awhile to arrive. I reached out to find out what was going on and there was a manufacturer issue with the pallet packaging. They were very responsive and there was no need to get mad or leave a negative review over it. People need to understand that things happen that are out of their control. I received my package today. It was perfectly packaged. No items damaged. They even sent it in the collectors box which I originally didn’t qualify for. They also sent extra items in the box which I’m guessing was an “I’m sorry it was so late” Please be patient everyone. This is a small business and sometimes things happen that they can not control. Be kind. I’m only writing this review because I don’t feel it’s fair to leave negative reviews on this company. This is a beautiful set and well worth the wait.
