A COMPLETE SCAM!!! Run!!! This company advertises a lipstick bundle which would include 4 lipstick kits butttttt … here is where the scam comes in … they charge you almost $70 and this is what you get … (1) kit has a lipstick, lipgloss and lipliner… the other (3) kits have a freakin lipglosss and lipliner!!! What happened to the other (3) lipsticks??? A scam!!! There is a no exchange, return nothing!!! Save your money and shop at a reputable and honest company!!!

This company is a scam. They ignore all their emails, I’ve actually had to start getting petty about it because these people are the worst! They’re willing to take your money but if you want to cancel an order or return something they ignore you and ignore you and ignore you! They’ve been hiding my comments on Instagram where I tried to be nice so now I’m having to be a jerk about it. Did some research and the have it buried in their website that “since we’re so affordable we don’t do returns or cancelations” but they post on their Instagram they’re a multimillion dollar company?! Here’s the thing, if they just TOLD me that to my first email, then this would have all blown over. But instead they’re trying to be a-holes so I’m doing something about it (a lot of stuff actually). I also sent another email from a different email account only stating “I received a broken product” with no information that would give my identity away and GASP they responded within a DAY. so proof they were just ignoring me because they didn’t feel like doing their jobs. But here’s the interesting thing. When told I received a “broken product” they only said that they don’t take responsibility over broken products and to take it up with UPS. let’s talk about that a little. Why is it that every other makeup brand will be willing to help you out with cancelations and ruined products but not this “multimillion dollar” company? When I received a shattered Jeffree Star cosmetic palette they asked me to send back the old one then sent me a new one. When I wanted to cancel my lipstick bundle from black moon cosmetics, they cancelled it within a day. Same with KVD. So like… what’s up, Glamlite? Because it’s not that you’re too broke? TLDR; don’t order from them unless you’re 100% confident you’ll get a good product or don’t care if it ends up being horribly quality. Because once you spend money, they don’t care about you or your product. UPDATE: after begging for a response for over a month I finally got one. All it took was blowing up their commenter’s comments, blowing up their Instagram inbox, and sending an email every three days begging for a response.

Placed an order on July 1st (The Glamlite x SAW 5 piece bundle). Didn't revcieve any kind of update about the package for 2 weeks. I checked my emails on July 15th and saw that they had cancelled my order without providing any reason or than 'unforseen circumstances'. Reached out to customer support who just apologised for the inconvenience but still didn't give me a reason as to why it was cancelled. They gave me a full refund, which is why I'm giving them 2 stars at least, but I'm incredibly irritated.

I bought the Good Guys palette & lipkit after my cousin told me about this makeup brand that does awesome horror themed makeup. I loveeee Chucky and a bold eye and I’m so happy with this palette! The packaging is so cute and high quality & the shadows are stunning! The color payoff is beautiful! I will be purchasing again, please keep the horror collabs coming!
