I would give zero stars if I could! They incorrectly labeled my order and sent it to the wrong address and in a different country. When i contacted them they blamed me and basically told me to find it! I even sent proof i had filled in my info all correctly when I ordered and that they had made the error. They stopped replying so i was forced to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company. Absolutely horrible "customer service"! More like Zero customer service!

The owner and her weird behavior
I’ve had such a bizarre experience with this brand and I’m upset by how they treated my friend. Long story short my sister and I ordered the Chucky palette because we were super excited about this launch and it came in a reasonable amount of time but two of the shades burned our eyes so bad that they left red dry patches in our crease! We were thinking this might be a quality control issue and wanted to make the brand aware since it’s important and to fix issues like this quickly. We’re not on social media, so we asked a friend who is to reach out to the brand on our behalf because they didn’t respond to my sister’s email. Our friend called us about an hour later to tell us that the comment she left on the glamlite page was deleted twice. It wasn’t until she commented on the owner Gisele‘s Instagram when she wrote a comment explaining the issue and that there was also a Reddit post from somebody else mentioning they were having the same problem, and the owner deleted their comments too, then she deleted my friend’s comment but immediately got in touch with her within the minute she posted. She messaged her and denied that there was a quality control Issue, sent some kind of inspection document that none of us understood and said that the Reddit post was lies. My friend explained that she had two friends with the same problem and it didn’t make her feel good about the brand with the way they were deleting comments. And she showed Giselle the owner her palettes she wears every day and that she loved the formula. Anyways, eventually, Giselle said we could send our defective palette back and they would investigate the issue and send a refund. However, we chose not to do so because we figured it would just be a huge hassle, and we just decided to break the shades that were giving us the rash, so we wouldn’t end up using them by accident.
Anyways, that was a few months ago. This past weekend my friend told me that she had mentioned our story on Reddit because apparently the people who did have to send back their Chucky palettes were saying that they still have not gotten a refund, an explanation, a replacement or anything like that so my sister and I were relieved that we didn’t send ours back. Anyways, my friend has not had a bad experience with Glamlite. She has a few palettes from them and loves them and uses them all the time and posts them on her Makeup page. But my friend called me this weekend because apparently she can no longer tag the brand in her posts, because not only has she been blocked from the brand page but from Gisele’s page as well! All for sharing our story with people on Reddit, which by the way, if Glamlite is going to go lurk around there to see what people are saying, why are they not trying to take this information and use it to make their brand better? Honestly it makes no sense. So unbelievably rude to block a paying customer that loves and supports your brand all for mentioning our story/ her interaction with the owner online. She never had a bad experience until this. In fact, she was happy every single time but now it makes me my sister and my friend all feel icky about ever using the brand again. Now seeing reviews here it looks like multiple people have been in this situation for asking about missing orders, bad customer service etc. Stop taking online comments about the brand as a personal attack, like it should be used as a means to make your brand better when you hear constructive criticism and bad experiences. People are going to talk if they have a bad experience because that’s how we, the consumers, are able to make the best purchasing decisions for ourselves. It’s nothing personal so going around spending your day blocking people and searching for people to block online instead of putting in that energy to make your brand better for customers is pretty pathetic if you ask me.
I will not be buying from Glamlite again. Neither will my sister. We feel HORRIBLE for even getting our friend involved because now she too has had a negative experience happen because we asked her to do us a favor and bring the issue to the owner’s attention. Now she feels sad when she sees her palettes because of the owner getting offended and blocking her. Nothing she said wasn’t true, she sent me everything she said between the owner and online on the forum and was polite and to the point. Like don’t you have better things to do as a brand owner than to go around blocking people for sharing their stories? Like I said, maybe try using this as a positive thing so you know which areas in your brand you should work on… For example, customer service. I know we’re not the only people I’ve had bad experiences, but don’t punish the people who are simply sharing the truth for your own brand’s faults. Leaves such a bad taste in our mouthes.

Don't do business with this company
Very sad I placed a order and didn't receive the products I ordered. Placing a Pre-order you would think those would be shipped out first unfortunately not. Do not do business with this company.

I ordered a make up collection which cost me £140. I loved it when I arrived and was very happy however one of the items arrived broken. I wasn’t mad this kind of stuff happens but I did email to let them know. They offered me a number of solutions which I loved and I chose to ship another blush for free. However since that date it’s been weeks I’ve emailed multiple times and no one has ever got back to me about shipping this replacement product. I wouldn’t usually mind it is only a blush after all but I paid a considerable amount of money for this. I’ve kept waiting for a reply but non have come.

Ghosted 👻
My mom is a huge Scooby Doo fan, so when i saw their new Scooby collection, i HAD to get her the make up bag. It was the one thing i wanted for my moms mother day gift. A month later, when my order finally arrived, there was no make up bag, only the brushes and lip scrub/mask, along with a note saying the bag had sold out. The collection launched at 8 am, i had my order placed by 8:01. When i contacted them, they got back to me immediately and apologized and said i could be out on the wait list for the restock, or they could refund me. When i inquired about the restock, they ghosted me and didn’t respond to the 4 additional emails i sent over the following weeks. I finally had my bank reverse the charges for the price of the bag. The company continues to put out new collections and moves into larger buildings, but can’t respond to customer inquiries. It’s been almost 2 months since i initially placed my order and that is absolutely ridiculous. Disappointing, bc their products are actually pretty good. But i won’t be buying from them ever again. 👎🏻
