We have a number of water coolers, so the holiday discount on filters was a nice surprise. So far, no issue with quality. However, we were concerned about the large plastic bag our order of 10 sets of 2 was shipped in. Luck alone prevented the contents from being damaged (beyond a couple of dented boxes). Next time we might not be so lucky. Hopefully, Glacier will ship in a sturdier container for future orders.

Poorly constructed and cheap, does not create enough carbonation. Not what we were hoping or expecting. Issues with returning for a refund, only was able to receive 30% back.

The product ordered was a replacement filter. Unfortunately, the manufacturer made some changes to their product in appearance and label so that it appeared to be incompatible with the old unit. Advice from the lady responding to my complaint email led me to make further and closer examination of the old and new items. What should have been a simple "snap in" (no instructions - supposedly obvious) was a problem at first because of the label error on the part of the manufacturer, and the replacement product received is functioning perfectly.

Company sent me defective filters and then gave me the run around multiple times before finally accepting my return. They make me pay for return shipping and don’t even cover the return for the open, defective filter (only the unopened ones). Even though I’m trying to return all of them under 30 days.

Ordered glacier fresh, was sent different brand Crystala. When i asked for return they were not ready to accept the return , tried to upsell unknown brand product and finally gave $40 refund. Tried installing them on my Avalon water filter, the water started leaking because O rings are not good. They are waste trash now. Glacier fresh is a cheater do not buy any thing from, Never going to buy from them

I ordered from them after seeing they had good prices on what I thought was the filter needed for my fridge. My husband pointed out it was the wrong kind and I was easily able to cancel the order. The customer service is quick to respond and work with you to get you either what you need or cancel the order.

I ordered a 3 pak of filters for my Fridge from Glacier... when the box came, it was empty. I contacted the company via email... was told that they would immediately send out another package, which they did! I got the filters within four days.. as far as I'm concerned, this company is ACES! It's refreshing to do business with an honest and reliable business .. especially these days. Highly recommended!!
