Filters received within a few days and works perfectly, including chip. Accidentally placed duplicate order and they helped cancel order in error, no issues. Customer Svc (Tina) went above and beyond. Reorder will be to Glacier Fresh, without question!

I must say I was a little sceptic at first not receiving this order for over a month. It was stuck at fedX. But in the end customer service always replied and said it would finally come and I would be pleased. So finally I got the water filters and they added an another set of 3! So I’m very happy with the customer service and it all worked out! Thank you!

Your willingness to trust our team, even when you were skeptical at first, means the world to us. We’re over the moon that our consistent follow-through, and our small gesture of the extra 3-pack, turned a frustrating situation into one that left you happy. May every crisp, clean sip from your filters be completely stress-free, brightening your morning brews and daily routines. If you ever need anything at all, we’re right here ready to show up for you. We can’t wait to deliver a seamless, perfect experience for you next time.

I cannot judge the quality of this company's filters, but the statement that drinking water from the tap can be harmful is untrue, at least as far as Germany or Austria are concerned. The water quality here is very good and is also constantly monitored by the regional waterworks. This means that a water filter is unnecessary even in a refrigerator with a dispenser for chilled water and ice cube maker. In modern devices, the water filter can usually be removed, provided it has an automatic filter bypass mode.

Dear Customer.Thank you for your honest feedback. We fully respect your statements regarding the outstanding drinking water quality in Germany and Austria – this is a tremendous benefit, and we are genuinely happy for you. Our messaging around water filters is primarily focused on the US market, where aging plumbing systems repeatedly cause heavy metal, microplastic, and sediment contamination in tap water. We apologize if this was misleading. For you, our filters are not a necessity, but an option to refine the taste of your drinking water. Should you have any questions or interest, we are always happy to assist. We wish you always refreshing, pure water for your daily life.

Ordered the tankless RO system before I realized this was a Chinese company. Faucet that came with it was not long enough to go through the countertop, had to buy one. Machine was missing a locking nut to hold the drinking water tube on. Finally got all that fixed and it hooked up and TDS readings were all over the place. I had contacted the company 3 times and no response. TDS readings were the last straw, followed the directions on their website to initiate a return. They finally responded and asked if I flushed the system etc. Told them I flushed multiple times and they came back with recommending another flush and started trying to bargain with me on my refund amount offering 40% even though that's not what their policy says. I've been down this road before with other Chinese companies so I immediately called my card company and disputed the charge. Still waiting on the outcome of that but in the meantime the machine is still hooked up but not in use as I'm waiting to see what to do with it and I ordered an RO system from another company. So it's been 5 days that it's been fully hooked up. Today it started leaking internally somewhere and flooded my entire cabinet. Thankfully I was at home and loading dishes into the dishwasher so I was right there probably right after it started. It's absolutely a hunk of junk and I felt like I needed to warn others. I did attempt to leave a product review on their website but I don't think they posted it. Beware of this company. *Update- glacier fresh finally refunded my money. still don't recommend.

Dear Customer.Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. We take your feedback very seriously. A few clarifications: Glacier Fresh is a global company with U.S. headquarters and warehouses, manufacturing partners in China, and facilities across Asia — like many international brands. We proudly serve thousands of U.S. customers daily from our domestic warehouses. Regarding your unit: You are absolutely right that the initial release of our RO system had design flaws, including the faucet length issue you experienced. We deeply apologize that you were affected by these early production challenges. Since then, we have made significant improvements: ✅ Redesigned the faucet to fit all standard countertops ✅ Strengthened all internal connections to prevent leaks ✅ Now test every new model with longtime customers before public release to catch issues early ✅ Streamlined our customer service and refund processes to respond faster and more fairly We are sorry our initial response fell short, and we appreciate you bringing this to light — it has helped us become better. If you are open to giving us another chance, we would like to send you a completely free, improved RO system (no cost, no strings attached) for you to experience the difference yourself. Thousands of customers now love this redesigned version. Just email us at [email protected], and we will make it right. Thank you for your honesty, and we hope to earn back your trust.

This company send water filters they said on their website would fit our refrigerator. When they finally came and did not fit, way too big, the company has repeatedly failed to communicate with me about returning them or replacing them after the first and only response. I have emailed 7 times and received no response. I have no recourse but to have my bank stop payment to them and demand the money back. Absolutely no way to run a company. Work with them at your own peril!
