Completely satisfied with the filters
Completely satisfied with the filters, my new refrigerator needed a filter with a chip, GE filters are very expensive, our water has a lot of chlorine in it, the filter removes the bad taste. Will buy again

Great experience so far
Great experience so far with these filters! I have noticed some "floaties" in my water when I'm reaching the end of my Stanley cup, possibly from the ice. My house is brand new, so it could just be the lines. I do find that the water tasted great when i first changed them, then got a little chloriney. Could totally be our water system's treatment. Overall good experience! Easy to put in!

Loyal Customer: We have had 5 or 6 other ro systems but…
We have had 5 or 6 other ro systems but this one is the BEST system we would have given them a 10 but the scoring system stops at 5. We are on a private water well and unlike a tank system that runs out of water. Glacier Fresh slows down after a gallon of flow and all you do is turn it off after a minute boom more water it’s a AWESOME system we even purchased a test kit online to check it PASSED with flying colors. The taste is AMAZING installation is a breeze! We cannot say anything bad about this system it is JUST WONDERFUL!
Thank you for a great product and it fits in the cabinet great!
P.S. we have had our system for about five months

Galcier Fridge water filter looks different but is real
I had been looking for a filter for my GE fridge, since the GE product was kind of expensive. I found many products that looked exactly like GE filters but very cheap and that made me suspicious; and when I read the reviews found out that they were fake and did not actually work (did not even had the chip.) Glacier Fresh filter looked different, little more expensive, but reviews were good. I purchased and installed no problem and it has been working very well and GE fridge recognizes it as valid filter.

Replacement is just as good as the original, but with a much better price. It has the same indicator of time and gallons used. Water taste the same.

From Disappointment to Absolute Triumph
I was wanting to send the whole thing back because the instructions were incomprehensible, referring to washers and screws that didn’t exist and reading as a tangled mess. But instead of issuing me a return label, the company representative, Anna, apologized from the heart and expressed embarrassment that nothing was missing but that the instruction sheet was wrong! She sent me a wonderful assembly video that demonstrated how this ingenious device fit together easily without a need for screws at all. I followed the few steps and got the filter working. Now I have lovely clean water at any moment and a sleek contemporary new addition to my kitchen. She said the company had learned a lot from my experience and was updating the instructions, reinforcing the box, and generally making improvements. How remarkable, and how graciously I was treated! Later I shared that the video was cheerful and made the assembly easy and non-intimidating to accomplish, but that it went a bit fast and required stopping, rewinding, and starting multiple times with a frustrating challenge at hitting the exact necessary spot. Now they’ve informed me that they’ve slowed down the video and made distinct pause points so the experience would be more pleasant and efficient. Honestly, I’ve never imagined a company to be so attuned to the needs of the customer, to actually L.i.s.t.e.n. Wow. I found this purchasing event to be nothing short of extraordinary. In a corrupt society hell-bent on cutting corners, defending sloppiness and ineptitude, treating people as irritating piles of protoplasm or numbers, and worshiping their greedy bottom line, this company stands as a beacon of goodness and truth. How incredible! How rare! As I said before: wow!
