Thank you so much for taking the time to update your review and share your detailed experience. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and are thrilled to hear that, with the right guidance, your system is now working well and providing you with great-tasting, clean water. You are absolutely right—our product has undergone a recent upgrade to improve its filtration performance and user experience, which unfortunately led to some initial confusion with the included instructions. We sincerely apologize for the setup difficulties this caused. We’re also glad that our support team could assist you promptly. Regarding the number of filters, you are correct that our newer models utilize a multi-stage design for faster and more thorough filtration. We understand your concern about ongoing costs and welcome you to contact our support team anytime—we may have options or suggestions to help make filter replacements more manageable for you. Thank you again for your understanding, your patience, and for choosing Glacier Fresh. We’re committed to continuously improving based on feedback from customers like you. Wishing you many more days of happy hydration!
