I am very pleased with my experience ordering water filters from Glacier Fresh Filter. The filter is working great. When they couldn’t track delivery of the first three filters, they sent me three more, I now have six and only paid for three. I wrote and told them and they said I could keep the three extra for free. Excellent customer service.

Great Customer Service Response Time
Recently I placed an order for replacement filters with Glacier Fresh. The order was recieved and delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately I accidentally ordered the wrong filters. Customer Service was responsive and assisted me in resolving this issue. T. Jones

Reliably good filters
We have rentals and get quite a few filters. Glacier Fresh is the only company we use. Price, quality and service have always been spot on.

Nobody answer the phone
Ordered replacement filters on 18th now is 29th and isn't shipped yet.No one is answer the phone.Will call my card to dispute transaction.
