I haven’t used it long enough to know, but it seems like it’s working!

i like the serums and creams to dermarol with but I do not use it long enough yet to see results. I started to use the hair serum as well today. Looking forward to see all the results. I love the service. Gin is answering all my questions within 24h.

I successfully used the .25 roller for several weeks and at the prescribed time moved up to the .5. It caused damage and a rash on my face. I went to the dermatologist who told me to stop immediately and I was given prescriptions to help. I reached out to Gin Amber customer service with the info and requesting a refund. Since she was out of their return window they would not refund…even though I had to pay for a doctor’s visit and 2 prescriptions. Horrible customer service and according to my doctor, an unsafe product. Do not buy.
