I was going through a transaction that was a bit complicated. Changing from one med to another. Also canceling one order and getting the other one put through and all payments made properly.Juan provided exceptional customer service. He was prompt with his responses to me. It did take us one day with communications back-and-forth between the two of us. Juan got everything set up for me. Correct medication coming to me and also being charged the right amount. He is very valuable to gimme! With all of the different companies that are offering these products I would recommend this one to everybody. Not only because of the great price but also they were very transparent. Thank you so much, Juan. I appreciate your help immensely.
