Refill delays, canceled tracking, and no communication
My first order with Gimme.care went mostly smoothly — it arrived about two weeks after I placed it, and I felt comfortable setting up automatic refills. Unfortunately, my second (automatic) refill has been a completely different experience. The order was placed 10 days ago, and a few days later I received tracking information. Today that tracking suddenly shows as canceled, yet the Gimme.care portal still lists the order as “Sent to Pharmacy” with the same tracking number. No updates, no explanation, and no movement. My next dose is scheduled in 2 days, and at this point it’s clear that won’t happen. What’s even more concerning is that multiple people on Reddit are reporting the exact same issues — stalled orders, canceled tracking, and no response from support. A service that handles time‑sensitive prescriptions needs to be reliable and communicative. Right now, Gimme.care is neither. I hope they address these fulfillment and communication problems quickly, because this is not acceptable for patients who depend on timely medication.
