This company is such a waste of time and money. They’re quick to take your money and then ghost you. Only ever got one vile of my glp1 after being with them 3 months. Never recommend them to anyone. They also force you to write a 5 star review in the beginning in order to “release” your meds

I’ve been on 15 mg of Mounjaro for ever and they approved 13.5 ( to save them money), I tried to cancel the order but they made it impossible (which is exactly what I was afraid of with automatic renewal) they gave me 13.5 mg even though I specifically told them 15 mg is what I wanted and had been on up to 5 days earlier, I tried to cancel but everybody went home at 5:00 p.m.. Don’t ever trust this company

The set up and initial intake for this service is easy to use and quick - however, fulfillment of the medication is unreliable. My refill was ordered on 8/31/26, and it is now 9/14/26 and it hasn't even shipped. I have asked for a refund but Gimme has not provided that - saying that I need to wait another 7-10 business days for them to fulfill with a separate pharmacy. They also changed my order audit log so that the initial pharmacy order is no longer shown in my records. This is a shady business practice. With medication, waiting TWO separate 7-10 business day periods is unacceptable. That is almost a month without the medication that should be taken consistently. Gimme is not partnered with suppliers that are prepared for the volume they are sending, and they are not mitigating the issues in a sufficient or acceptable way. If you want reliable service, I suggest not using this company.

At first things seemed fine. Then when reorder time came., I expressed that I was shorted a dose. I'm a scientust so I'm familiar with dosing and syringes. I also wondered why the refill was scheduled so late. I was told afterwards that I could have ordered it soone, even though there was no way for me to know that and I had followed the prescribed schedule. My last dose was August 25th it is now September 12th and I just found out that my prescription was canceled and redirected to another Pharmacy because Bordeaux in Louisiana is having fulfillment issues. When I reached out to gimme care they told me that they would let me know as soon as it was redirected to another Pharmacy and I was still expected to wait another 7 to 10 business days. I only got this update because I took matters into my own hands and then asked them about it. So it will be around a month that I have had no medicine by time I receive my new prescription. Robotic responses to my emails werenr very discouraging plus it was never addressed, not one time, that I felt like I have been shorted medication.

Didn't want to be part of the waiting circus they have going on. Cancelled and went with another provider. It took the same amount of time for me to get my glp to be shipped with new provider as the time they took to cancel my membership and order with gimme..requested to cancel membership and order..took 24hrs to be approved, request refund .. another 24 hours to approve refund.. something that can be done in minutes..bottom of the barrel taking advantage of people's needs type of company.

The first order I got, the ice pack that they shipped the package in, was melted and the medicine was leaking. It was no longer good, and I wasn’t able to use it. When I told them to refund me for it because I decided to cancel the subscription since the way they package the medicine is bad, the support team told me the pharmacy only reships and doesn’t refund.

Buyers BEWARE!!!!! Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced, ever! Placed my order with gimme care for the first time for tirzepatide on August 1, 2026. I was given four different DELIVERY expectations, all of which were bogus. Weeks in, I explained to them that I was now well over several weeks without my scheduled medication. They just kept making one excuse after another and did not care. When I finally said, I wanted to cancel since the order had still not processed, within an hour a tracking text was received however it was only “label created” status, which sat in limbo for another week. Every time I tried to reach out to customer service through email (because there is no customer service phone number!) it would take a minimum of 4 days to get a response, and sometimes no response at all! When I would get a response they were never helpful. I finally demanded a refund on September 10 through PayPal resolutions. Within hours, I received another text from gimme care with tracking information of a “label created” yet again sitting in limbo. This company is ridiculous. They don’t know what they’re doing! This morning I woke up to my refund. Thank you Paypal!!!!

⭐ 1 Star — Buyer Beware I purchased a three-month supply of GLP-1 medication for over $300. I’ve been on a GLP-1 for more than a year and uploaded my existing prescription through their portal requesting the same or similar dosing. My request was approved. What arrived was one tiny vial, starter-level dosing, and only FOUR syringes for a supposed three-month supply. Customer service repeatedly asked me for the prescription I had already uploaded. I was told three separate times that the syringe issue was being “escalated,” but nothing was resolved. They also refused to correct the dosing. After a week of going in circles, I asked to cancel and receive a refund. They REFUSED to refund my money despite the dosing issue and missing syringes. The responses were so repetitive and automated that I genuinely questioned whether I was ever communicating with an actual person. Over $300 for a tiny vial, incorrect dosing, four syringes, no meaningful resolution, and no refund. Buyer beware.
