I can't get a confirmation on the address that my order is supposed to be shipped to. I live in Florida but the tracking said delivering to PA

How come everyone is commenting about their service and nothing about their weight loss? I’ve had nothing but issues from the moment I ordered. I tried to cancel before ever shipped bc I could not sign into the website to even see what the dr had said or ordered. Then I was told $100 to cancel and the still shipped the product after I sent 5 emails asking to cancel. I’m scared to inject the medication in me after all of this sketchiness!

Hi Alicia, I'm happy to take a look into the timeline on this for you. If you did indeed request cancellation prior to the order being approved by the doctor then you would not be subject to any cancellation fees. Please email [email protected] and ask for a manager to review your order timeline.

I signed up for my medication after my prior provider was unable to fulfill shipments. I have been using the medication for over 6 months which i indicated in my initial consult. Literally approved for the medication within minutes so I thought that’s impressive. Boy oh boy was I wrong. The problem started as soon as the meds arrived. Seems I was prescribed a weekly dose of 1/2 of what my current dose actually is. I immediately reached out to Gimme as best I could since come to find out all communication is through a messaging app. Apparently any real time human contact with this bunch is non existent. Customer service fan favorite by the name of Chloe messaged saying I had to message the doctor through the patient portal. Cool I open the patient portal and the portal treats me as if I have yet to be an actual patient/customer. Back to fan favorite Chloe begging for contact and help with the portal and it’s been nothing but crickets. Still no resolution and trying to find a contact phone number for Gimme is like trying to contact a loved one in Witness Protection.

Horrible is the best way I can describe my experience. I signed up for three months of the 15mg tirzepatide dose because they use ProRX, their Reddit special was the cheapest and everyone praised how fast the shipping would be. The only thing “fast” about it, is how fast they charge you. That was on 2/18. Still nothing. No movement. No meds. And I keep getting gaslit by their obvious overseas customer service. Seeing these claims of medication shipping within a couple days and here I am 10 days later and it’s still sent to the pharmacy. I live in Florida. ProRX ships from Florida. I should have had these meds pronto. I’m not even sure the doctor sent it to the correct pharmacy because it’s showing some place in Washington, IA. Regardless, I just want my meds or a full refund so I can cancel with this place and go back to Fifty410. I’ll pay a little more for speedy shipment, real customer service with actual humans that are quick to jump in and help.

Hi Jason, for clarity here - there are multiple pharmacies that ship out ProRX medication. It does not necessarily always originate from Florida. If you'd like to email [email protected] and ask for a manager to review your case please do so. We're happy to make this right if you never received your medication.

This review is not to BASH Gimme Care, but tell you about my experience thus far and allow other consumers that are thinking about using this company for Semaglutide and Tirzepatide for weight loss to evaluate my experience and make a decision on whether to use them or not. FOLKS ....There are other companies that offer the same (no contracts, no hassle , cancel when you like) do your research Y'all!! Prior to enrolling: Did some research and read reviews, some happy others completely upset at the wait time for the prescription to arrive, dosages being one thing and the pharmacy changing them to suit a temporary shortage. I looked at through the scope of everyone can't be pleased and having a strong customer service background sometimes you deal with impossible unrealistic type individuals . Nothing you do will make them happy. I am not one of types of individuals but a realist and someone that will do my due diligence and give opportunity to something new if the price is right. I had several questions, read the fine print about refunds, asked their AI chat questions got connected with an Rep answered the questions I had and then I paid my $489.00 2-3-2026 I got set up instantly with my profile. Shortly after that I get a message from a Doctor by the name of Lawrence Kelly with a message confirming my approval and outlined the dosages of the Tirzepatide and that the shipment would be 3-5 business days . It was a Monday around 11ish AM so I just assumed that it would be the same week or that Saturday. Well this is where they dropped the ball for me... It wasn't until the following week. My meds arrived on 2-13-26 on the 9th business day. Message after, message asking where my meds were directed to their chat portal, the rep said this usually doesn't happen, and it's much faster than this scenario. I injected the 1st shot and I had no side effects whatsoever, went on about my business, the shot was not at all curbing my appetite, was as hungry as a starving child from a 3rd world country. (AT THIS POINT I MESSAGED THROUGH THEIR CHAT FOR A MD TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THE HUNGRY FEELING I WAS EXPERIENCING AND TO MAKE SURE THE DOSAGE WAS CORRECT) Extremely odd to me because I was on Semagludtide prior and I had to force myself to eat, and when I did I was so full after 3-4 bites. I was on a trip, and when I came back from it. I weighed myself and lo and behold I had gained 2.5 lbs. (just wow) 2nd shot I thought well maybe the meds need to get into my system and then I might start feeling full. I am not over eating but not feeling that urge to stop eating when I should already be feeling full. Got some food noise and cravings. I message someone again stating it had been over a week. They said that they would personally make sure this was addressed and that he would follow through with me to allow 24 hrs, Actually he assured me he would. I waited, and waited, and well after 48 hrs I have yet to hear from a Dr. I asked for this Rep but apparently he was just too busy to chat with me. I had to repeat myself with another Rep and by this time I was over all of this nonsense! I feel like I don't matter to these people this company, most importantly they got my money, sent me a vile and now they're done with me... is how I feel. I actually feel sorry for the people that are having to deal with the inefficencies of the Medical staff... just robotic. Yeah someone will get back to you. Yesterday...2-26-26 I was assured again that a Dr. was personally waiting for my questions, through their portal and would get back to me. Thus far I have not received a message from Him/Her about anything except for the initial contact on 2-3-26. So folks, it might seem to be a good deal, but do you really want to deal with a company that ignores you. I am 100% disappointed with Gimme Care and just disheartened about this lack of willingness to help out a paying customer. Sincerely, STILL HUNGRY!

Horrible customer service, they lie to you, and change the time frame as they go. I was told 2-6 business days to ship, it didn’t, I reached out again, they changed it to 7-10 business days, when I requested a cancellation, they claim I have to pay $100 to cancel. I do not recommend this company, do your research and buy elsewhere.
Response from GimmeFeb 25, 2026
I am sorry you feel this way. Everyone is at the mercy of the pharmacy who ships the product. In your case, it looks like they had a significant delay which was ultimately resolved. However, the cancellation fee is clearly indicated on our website and during the order process once the doctor has approved the order.

My order arrived on the 5th day, warm. They would not refund my money and sent me a bogus study stating GLP’s don’t really need to be kept cold. This company does not care about its customers AT ALL. For fun, I took a double dose of the medication (I have experience with the medication, just needed to try a national service since I am out of state from my local compounding pharmacy.). With the double dose of the med that arrived warm, I felt nothing. None of the mild side effects I am used to, none of the appetite control. Nothing. I was going to demand my money back again but they deleted my online account and of course there is no phone number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, I have never felt as let down by anyone as by “Gimme Care”
