Thoroughly displeased. They love to charge your card immediately. I asked when my item would either ship to me or when I needed to pick up from the pharmacy, as I did not know which one they do. The prescriber responded to my “support” chat stating I needed to contact support. They never did respond to my question. I would cancel the whole thing if they wouldn’t rip me off with a cancel fee. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone ever. There are so many better options out there.

They are thieves and crooks. They sent no meds just syringes. I was I'll so I did not notice immediately. They refused to send me the meds I paid almost 600 dollars for. Do not make the same mistake I did. Delivery of the product i did not receive was also not timely.

I decided to pursue continuing my prescription of terzepitide through gimme.care because they were more affordable than the other compound pharmacy I could switch to after my insurance no longer was going to cover my medication. I filled out their intake form, I was very careful to specify that I was already on 12.5 mg of Zepbound. I needed to continue at that dosage. I never spoke live to a doctor. After my form was completed, they collected payment and ordered a 3mg dosage. I immediately contacted the doctor and support to inform them that I will not drop to 1/4 of my current dosage. I have been on 12.5mg for over a year. And if they were going to order me 3mg, just cancel it. The doctor seems not to have even read my message. They informed my of dangers of starting at a higher dose and asked for pictures of my prescription. I provided those pictures and said I have not stopped taking it. It’s been continuous. They ordered 3mg anyway. And they did it after hours so I had no ability to contact them. I sent messages to both the doctor and their support explaining that I cannot drop to a lower dose. I received no response. There’s no way to get any life support. There is no phone number. They design their business to he predatory so that no one has any immediate recourse until it’s “too late” and the medication has been ordered. Their doctors ignore your medical history, don’t check with you on dosage before ordering it, and do not communicate. Avoid them. Go with Fridays or some place where their doctors can read and you can actually get a response from someone.

Fraud... paid for 3 month supply got one. Alerted them to the issue seemed like they wanted to help and then now crickets. False advertisment and robs you of money. Reply ! No thats a lie... you only refund money the last second before you get disputed or case made for fraud. Sad

I have been taking Semaglitude for almost four months. I haven't gotten any real results. My weight has just fluctuated up and down a couple pounds. Very disappointed after spending so much money.

I had no issues with my first prescription of tirzepatide from gimme. I did ask for clarification 1x that required support team to get involved but the issue was resolved quickly. I received a 2nd prescription of tirzepatide containing multiple vials with different dosing instructions than the titration schedule I had been previously following. From Feb 20th until March 6th I contacted the clinical team (2 Physicians) requesting guidance on how to appropriately transition between doses since no clear clinical direction was provided regarding when or how the transition between doses should occur. During that time, I received no answer from either physician. I was in contact with multiple people from support via email and chat. And although they said my concerns were being escalated to the medical team and reassuring me that I would hear back in 24 to 72 business hours & that the doctors needed time to review my chart, I never heard back until sending a lengthy email raising concerns for patient safety, the disregard for the standard of care for proper oversight of prescription medication management, and the inappropriate oversight of a titration medication. Once I did receive a response from the doctor, after speaking with five support team members that were unable to assist me with clinical questions, the response I received from the doctor did not clarify which prescription to follow and or a transition dosing schedule. It was very obvious that the doctor did not review my chart thoroughly in order to clarify which prescription to follow and how and when to start it. I had to reach out to support again about the bare minimum response I received and thankfully received another message clarifying from the doctor on how to transition to the new prescription. Thankfully I am a nurse, I have the clinical training to interpret medication concentrations and calculate dosing equivalents. But I do not prescribe medication, nor am I familiar with tirzepatide and how to transition to different doses when given two different orders. However, most patients using your service may not have this background. Providing prescription medication with changing dosing instructions, without clear physician guidance or timely clinical response, creates a significant risk for medication error and raises concerns about the adequacy of prescribing oversight and patient support. That length of delay in response is particularly concerning given that this medication requires careful titration and physician oversight to ensure safe administration. The medication works. I had little to no side effects. Non-Clinical Support was helpful and kind. This initially seemed easy and seamless but this situation did not sit well with me.

Horrible experince. I sent in my information and prescription was approved quickly. It has now been over 10 days since the medication has been in transit and I have yet to receive it. The FedEx tracking info has the same status for over 3 days now "your package is still on its way" it was supposed to have been received over 3 days ago. They keep giving me the runaround saying FedEx is having delivery issues. The medication has been in transit for 10 days in the heat. They keep telling me its safe to take "once it gets here". Absurd!!! Don't trust them. Customer service leaves alot to be desired. Now fighting for a refund. Providing an update after gimme response. The package never arrived the following day as mentioned by gimme, they advised my order would be reshiped, i refused and finally a refund was issued after repeatedly demanding one. To my surprise a package was recived 8 days later from my refund being issued, package went directly into the trash.
