I intentionally ordered 1 month supply of the glp1 And paid more for it because I didn't want a subscription, just wanted to see if it worked. it was $160 vs $130 subscription price. So I got it pretty quick but then I checked on my portal, and they had worked up a treatment plan that I didn't want or order and they wrote it as a 2nd order with no prices on them. so I deleted my cc info from the 1st dose but when I tried to delete it from the 2nd order it wouldn't let me. tried contacting them and there is no way to. only option I could get to work was an a.i assistant so I left a message which they replied that they couldn't cancel the 2nd order because I agreed to the treatment and they had already started the production. But of course I agreed to regarding the initial order. I would never agree to any thing that doesn't have a price of which I would be billed. So I did the only thing I could when you can't contact someone, I cancelled the card .

It is very frustrating when you feel like you’re being scammed. I was approved and paid for my 3 months and it was sent to the pharmacy and shows it’s in the process of shipping for the last 7 days. Which is concerning, as their website states product ships air with in two to three days. There is no tracking information. When attempting to contact customer support there is noone to talk to just AI chat bots. When I attempted to call there is no ability to. There is a place that says call in the contact area, but when you click on it the call hangs up after 2 seconds. When I email the customer support to figure out what is going on with my shipment. I get an automated response with a generic message. “Please allow 1 to2 business days for us to get back to you.

There is no person to talk to. They are microdosing. They don't tell you that. If you like it then that is fine, but that is not what I was looking for. You respond by chats. I asked for an increase, per doctors request with support. They responded with so you want to stay on current does? Is this correct? How many times do I need to ask for an increase? How many times do I need go back and forth with you people just to get dose? It is just frustrating. Edit. To my original..as you see the response. I was asking for an increase as I was instructed to do. You guys answered me with keeping dose the same? You guys made a mistake. I had to go back and forth just to get my increase which I was allowed to do. So instead if apologizing for your mistake you make it seem like it is me..ok..

I wanted to update my review because the quality of customer care Gimmie has shown over the last few months is deplorable! They are dishonest and deceiving! You don't get what you pay for and they will give every excuse not to make it right. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

Ordered my medication on march 24, it went to the pharmacy march 25 supposedly its 2 day air shipping and Im still sitting on pending shipment. They said send them an email if it has been over 4 business days which I did. Still no response. At this point Im getting very annoyed Posting Update it is now April 7 and I have not received my medication, and now they are telling me if I cancel I would have to pay 100!??? Are you serious I havent even had medication dispensed. I am a real reviewer, and I am telling you all stay away from this company

I was at the highest dose with another pharmacy and Gimme tried to force me back to their lower dose no matter what dose I was currently taking. They want to slow your weight loss And Brittney from customer service is very very rude They make fun of those of us that have been overweight all their lives. Very disheartening. These people are very bad at customer support.

so far Ive yet to receive my medication. I ordered the semiglutide. On March 24th they charged my card, it states it was sent to pharmacy on the 25th. It's been pending shipment since the 25th. No other information has been shared with me. I'm scared this may be a scam.

I had really bad experiences with this company. My medication arrived warm to the touch and it looked like " milky" . Not only that, they didn't attached any seringes. I bought 3 months supply wich "supposedly "was going to be $398.00 dollars, this people end up charging $100.00 more. Do not buy from them . They do have many hidden charges. .
