DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! **Edit** Funny that they replied with "the vial isn't always full". Well, when I paid for a 3 month supply and was only given 1 month supply, IT BETTER BE FULL! I took my medication as prescribed AND was actually supposed to increase my dose after next week. They shorted me medication and refuse to send me what I paid for or provide a refund. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! IT'S A SCAM! Ordered at 3 month supply of glp1. Order arrived and I received 1- less than half full vial of medication. I immediately reached out to the Dr. with concerns that it was not a 3 month supply. I was told to contact customer care. Customer care tells me that I was shipped 1 full vial of medication. I explained that the vial was less than half full. I've requested my complaint be sent to management, and now they're not answering me. Either the company is a scam, or someone at their pharmacy is stealing medication. I have requested a refund if they're not going to provide me with the product I paid for. No answer. I have read other reviews where others have not gotten the medication they ordered, either. I am forwarding this to the financial crimes unit of the FBI because there is no telling how many victims are out there. They will love to shut this business down

I strongly advise anyone considering Gimme.Care to look elsewhere. My experience has been a nightmare of medical errors and a terrifying lack of communication regarding patient safety. 1. Severe Dosing Errors Right out of the gate, the dosing instructions I received from my "doctor" were erratic and medically nonsensical. Instead of a standard titration schedule, my Week 1 dose was significantly higher than my Week 2 dose. Week 1: 67 units Week 2: 50 units Week 3: 61 units The lack of attention to detail regarding medication levels is a massive red flag for a healthcare provider. 2. Ignored Allergic Reactions The most concerning part of my experience was their response, or lack thereof, to a potential life-threatening emergency. I reported symptoms of an allergic reaction (itchy chin and throat) immediately. It took three days for a doctor to respond! Instead of addressing the allergic symptoms, they sent a generic, scripted message telling me to stay on the dose for four weeks and asking basic intake questions they should have already had on file. Then they brushed me off. When I followed up immediately, I was told by a staff member (not a doctor) that I needed to "reach out to the support team." 3. Zero Accountability It has been four days since I was told to contact "support" regarding my allergic reaction, and I have heard nothing. I am paying for a medical service where the "medical" side disappears when things get risky and the "service" side is a black hole. Final Verdict: This company is either completely overwhelmed or a total sham. They are playing fast and loose with powerful medications and showing a blatant disregard for patient safety. Do not trust them with your health. UPDATE: I’ve just discovered a significant error in the medical instructions provided. The dosage notes I was given were for a medication twice as strong as the one actually sent to me. Following their written instructions would have resulted in me taking only half of my prescribed dose. This lack of attention to detail regarding medication safety is deeply concerning and has only added to the frustration and lack of trust I have in Gimme.Care. They should be shut down!

God awful customer support, clearly a scam company. avoid this company like grim death. multiple messages not responded to. wish I had done a bit more research to see that they just scam people and never deliver the product they promise. they just want to charge you the fee for the doctor and never actually move further along in the process. you've been warned

I purchased the Trizapetide on 3/28/2026. It stated it was approved and sent to the pharmacy. It is now 4/3/2026 and it is still showing at the pharmacy. I paid $200 and believe this company is a scam. Buy from another reputable company that responds to your concerns. Just refund my money

I joined gimme.care recently. They have sent me a wrong amount of tirzepatite. I have tried contacted the doctor and customer service without success. I paid full price and got wrong amount of medication and they do not care. I wonder if it is a scam. I am afraid of use it. Do not buy anything from gimme.care.

Update. Took my money for 2nd month, sent it to me 2 weeks late. Customer service non existent. Horrible So far my experience has been great! Medicine arrived as it was advertised. No side effects yet but just went to 30.

This is the second time I've had to submit a negative review of this company. I paid in full for three months of medication. When I check the status of my order, it has said "prescription sent to pharmacy" for DAYS NOW. They have no real customer service department. It's all AI, designed to generate canned responses that do NOTHING to address your concerns. Once you try to submit a certain number of inquiries within the app, they tell you that they are ending the chat and moving to an email conversation. Again, another bot. This company has STOLEN MY MONEY. I received NOTHING from them. I will continue to write negative reviews against this so-called company until either they send me what I paid for or the many others scammed by this company report them out of business. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Product was shipped to wrong address in different state. No one to talk to. Website is completely automated and AI driven. No timely customer support. I've spent all day trying to tell them they were delivering to the wrong address and time after time I get an automated AI response telling me someone will be in contact with me shortly. No phone number and no one to live chat with.
