After much back and forth in trying to find out discrepancy on the syringe and my dosing schedule the finally got it right. It was VERY frustrating because it took me over a week to get to do my first injection done. And its very frustrating because they have no way to reach a human by phone to get it straightened out. Finally Johanna got what I was trying to get the AI to tell me. So thats why I gave a 3 star. I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card it was that frustrating. Hopefully one day they'll get an actual phone number you can call. Now I just have to wait to see if it works. Wish me luck.

Chat experience felt rushed, with no real interest in diving deeper into my inquiry. They even left out some of my requested information.

I placed my order on 4/1/2026 and received it on 4/15/2026. Shortly after ordering, I began seeing reports about the FDA shutting down ProRx Pharmacy (used by GimmeCare). My order then sat at the pharmacy with no movement and no proactive communication. Timelines shifted from 2–5 days… to 5–7… to 7–10. At that point, my patience shipped before my order did. When I requested a cancellation due to systemic issues related to compound pharmacies and FDA actions, I was told there would be a $100 cancellation fee. That felt unfair given the circumstances. When delays are tied to broader regulatory issues, flexibility matters. It would have been refreshing to see something like waiving the fee, offering a partial credit, or even a discount on a future order. After several emails and persistence, my order finally arrived. The packaging was excellent, shipping was fast (2-day delivery), and the glutathione vials have a solid expiration date (9/2026). I chose GimmeCare because their glutathione pricing — especially for 3-month supplies — is honestly hard to beat. While the experience started rocky, the product quality and pricing are strong. A little more transparency and customer-first flexibility would make this a much smoother experience.

The initial order and approval on 4/3 was quick, same day. I received a message from the doctor letting me know my prescription was approved and sent to the pharmacy and would get shipped in 1-3 days. 6 days later my medication has not been shipped and support has now told me due to high volume orders are taking 7-10 days to be delivered. They do seem to be responsive so I will wait and see if I get my meds by 4/16 (I was told to expect delivered by that date).

The price for the trizepatide injection is the best I have found, my only issue is my order was sent to the pharmacy to be filled since April 1st and it has not yet been filled. Support has been quick at responding and very helpful!

Took several weeks to receive. No word until I reached out…

Typos on my rx labels, one vial not shipped cold, not going to re-order because this was not replaced.

I got approved quickly but I have yet to get a shipping update and it’s been over a week and I still can’t get ahold of anyone. It shows it’s been sent to the pharmacy but there’s not been an update since and that update was the same day I ordered it and already paid for it. Their communication should be a lot better considering it’s a legal Dr online and Drs are always communicating with their patients and support should be easier to speak to instead of a bot. I just want my prescription in a timely manner and not have to stress about waiting for ever on every future order
