I signed up with Gimme for a 3 month semaglutide plan. I requested the 2.5mg weekly dose in my intake form since I have been taking this dose for almost 8 months now. I even uploaded a picture of my prescription. The intake process was quick, however, I was prescribed the wrong dose. I immediately contacted both the Gimme care team and the doctor with yet another picture of my prescription asking for my dose to be corrected. The doctor never messaged me back. A Gimme care team member did and they told me that they would resolve this issue within the next 24 hours to provide me with my correct dose. A few hours later, I received a message saying that my medication was being shipped. I was concerned about this and immediately contacted the Gimme Care team. Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact the care team through email and messages and even calling their phone number which as it turns out, does not accept incoming calls. I’ve received mostly either no replies back from care team members or have had my conversation ticket closed. I’ve only received one message saying that they are working on my issue. I understand that once the medication has been shipped, Gimme will not allow refunds which is why I have been trying desperately to get ahold of someone to resolve my issue. It looks like they won’t change my prescription to the correct dose nor will I get at least refunded for the medication that has not shipped. I’ve had to resort to contacting my bank and filing a claim to dispute this charge. The inferior customer service that Gimme has provided me with thus far is extremely disheartening. The company has great pricing plans, fast shipping rates, and a quick and painless intake process. That’s the only reason why I am giving it a 2 instead of a 1star. If my issue was resolved in a timely manner and I have not had my messages completely brushed off or flat out ignored, this would have been a 5 star review even considering the fact that the doctors do not respond to patient messages.

Gimmie Care lack of solutions after ordering . Once you order from them, your order is sent to the pharmacy. There it sits and you wait. Numerous chats to find out what is going on and all you get is an AI response that its being looked into. No solid answers and no supplies. Just wait and wait. Go elsewhere and get your supplies. They are one of the cheaper places but the headache of not knowing when and if you will get your shipment is not worth it. Then if you cancel you will have to pay a doctors consult fee. Customer service is almost non-existent with them. They use AI chat reps for most inquiries . Seems like they got too big too fast and now its showing. Ordered and its been 3 weeks and no supplies. Email saying their looking into it and nothing else.

Service is extremely slow with shipping and chat responses, most responses you will receive are from AI, almost impossible to get a live agent. I was prescribed 1.5 mg dose. Liily and other manufacturers do not make a 1.5 mg Tirzepitide dose. I have read many complaints about this company. My advice is to look for someone else to provide your meds.

I loved this company at first. The onboarding was simple; I received my meds timely and was happy with the prescribed titration schedule. I started with a monthly subscription because I was hesitant about giving myself shots. When I found out how easy it actually was, I contacted customer service to switch to the 3 subscription. Somehow this caused an error, and an order was placed for a 3-month supply from my start date and showed the next order would be two months later rather than 3. Support told me the order would continue my titration, and the portal would update once the doctor approved the order. I asked several times for the total mg of the order and they would not provide this basic information. When the order was sent to the pharmacy it was only 72mg, the 3 month starter vial. I had already completed the 1.5 and 3mg level and the doctor confirmed the next dosage would be 6mg, but this new vile was 4 weeks at 3,6,and 9mg. It should have been 6,9, and 11mg. I continued following the doctors prescribed titration and their directions to contact support for help with the order. Support said to talk to the Doctor. I have been going back and forth with them for 2 months on an error that should have been corrected in the beginning. They are refusing to do anything to correct the error. Now support is saying to disregard the doctor's directions and follow the vile directions, two months later after completing the 4 weeks at 6 and 9mg...

My order took more than two weeks, but after contacting customer service a couple times, I received an apology and they shipped my order within a couple days. My order arrived in an insulated package with ice packs. It appears as it should. Hopefully it works well. Will update after use.

I am struggling getting response and support from, not only the support care team, but the Doctor team that is managing my care. I have questions and it takes days plus for responses. More often than not, the response is not helpful and I have to submit another question and then another few days for response. It is very frustrating. I do not feel cared for by the support team, outside of the very first Doctor, which I never get again. Clearly a rotation and never know who you are going to get.

I haven’t received my second dose yet! I was supposed to take it yesterday but now I’ve missed a dose. I’m going to need it ASAP or I’m going to need a refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
