Hi Nicole, your message above seems to indicate you're saying you take 2 shots a week. That's not how these medications are prescribed. Please follow the doctor's written prescription instructions. 18mg weekly is NOT a legal prescription of this medication and cannot be prescribed.

Thanks for your feedback, Jessica! You may not be aware, but one of the major national pharmacies has recently (and abruptly) ceased manufacturing and fulfillment of this medication. As a result, we have an IMMENSE backlog of orders and customer care messages that we are working through resolutions on as quickly as possible. We have staff working approximately 18 hours each day currently as we work through this backlog. i can assure you that your order will be fulfilled through other pharmacy partners, or if you prefer you can always email our care team at [email protected] and ask to be escalated to a manager if you prefer a full cancellation and full refund. We're here for whichever you choose!
