They send expired medication
This company is a scam - they send old, nearly expired medication to you, and then when they go chunky because they have expired (despite being stored properly in the fridge at all times), they tell you they aren't safe to use but they won't refund you or send a replacement. Also, the customer service was terrible and it was very hard to cancel the orders once you put them in... I am still trying to get refunded for my first expired shipment that they sent me, but they are so far refusing because it is outside of the "14 day window". So basically, they send you medication that will last 15 days before it expires and they aren't responsible... :? **Update: I sent another email to GimmeCare and Natalie from the Gimme Care team responded with this reply... "Thank you for contacting Gimme Care! My name is Natalie. I understand the importance of your order received. I will be here to clarify your doubts! I know this is not the outcome you expected, but we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Our records confirm the order was fulfilled correctly according to your prescription. Our policy requires any issues or safety concerns to be reported within 14 days of delivery. Since this timeframe has passed, we are unable to process a new shipment or refund." ... again, they sent a 3-month supply that went bad within 1 month of use and then refused to do anything about it because it didn't go bad within 14 days of receiving it. So basically, they will send you product that is set to expire just outside of that time frame and then they pretend they don't have to do anything about it. Very Unprofessional. Horrible company.

Hi Delaney, I don't see your previous communications with our staff but if you can email [email protected] the specifics around this and ask to be escalated to management. We'll look at the timelines on your order and delivery and reach out to the pharmacy who fulfilled your order if it does fall within their parameters for a reshipment. You should in no circumstances have received medication that will go bast the BUD prior to using it, assuming you begin using it when you receive it.
