DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They hide behind AL. They use the excuse if you received the product your stuck with it no matter what condition it came in. Their customer service is a joke. Once they have your money you are on your own. Their customer service and doctors support is nonexistent. Update: response to this review ( the only time I get a response is when I do a review). They say they will give me credit to my account which I can’t even access anymore and I don’t want to do business with them anymore! Sorry Gimme you lost a good customer that was willing and continue treatment for at least a year.

If I could give zero stars Í would. Immediately after placing my order Í realized that the wrong payment method was used. Nothing ever popped up to confirm payment as I was under the impression it would be payments through klarna. My debit card ended up being charged, which I understand that part was my mistake. However, I immediately sent a message to cancel so I could use a different payment method. Within minutes of me ordering, they claimed that I can’t cancel because it has already been shipped. The tracking clearly showed that it did not ship. They then changed their story and said that it was already processed through the pharmacy and that is why I can’t cancel. The cancellation policy states that an order can only be canceled if it did not ship, so they are trying to make it look like it did when I have the proof that it did not. There is no phone number to reach an actual person. The more I look into this company and the so called physicians placing the orders, the more sketchy it becomes.

Company takes your credit card number before you have info on what the dose will be. If you disagree, you can not cancel the transaction. They always start you at the lowest possible dose of .1ml, at the same cost of what is usually charged for .25ml or .5ml. There is no contact with a person and it is unlikely there is a real medical person making any decisions. It is a rip off. This is mentioned in another review. They throw up a 'medical smokescreen' for what is essentially a financial decision on their part to charge a lot for a low dose. As someone who has used other glp-1 providers, I can't find anyone else who starts at such a low dose. After many emails trying to resolve this, I can say they have no interest in 'listening' or being sorry for a negative experience as these contradict their business model of get the charge card number early, and give no way to stop the transaction.

I tried this company after my other company had shipping issues. It has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE!!! I ordered 1 month first. Went ok, so I ordered 3 month subscription and got one month but charged for 3. Back and forth for two weeks and they couldn't guarantee shipment for the other two months. They offered a refund for the two months. I said yes because I'm tired of going through this. They assured me my refund was on my way and they CHARGED me the refund amount. So now I'm out almost 800.00, zero product and they are not getting back to me. Each time I've tried they end the chat and do not respond. You can NOT talk to a person live, no phone numbers to call. Now I have to dispute the charge and show not only is it fraudulent but that they still owe me a refund. When they do get back to you via email they state someone else on the team is working with you please continue to work with them but I didn't reach out to anyone else. I replied to the "person" who emailed me to begin with. I have seen zero change in my weight or measurements with this particular company on my second month of dosing. Is it REALLY Triz? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! To Gimme reply: I reached out to the physician they redirected me to customer service. You all “looked into” the issue and still couldn’t figure it out. Your replies to all negative reviews are basically the same. You charge a fortune and no live person to talk to and no resolution. Then adding in extra stuff to a conversation about a previous charge that had nothing to do with the complaint of the current charge and I didn’t bring it up. You all are dishonest and yes everyone has varying results however 2 months on the meds and the scale goes up when the previous company one month and I went down 20lbs tells me all I need to know. No one could give me answers and I was constantly redirected to “talk to the person I was dealing with” when I replied to the person someone else replied in an email another team member is handling this please talk to them. I tried!!! But there’s one generic email and NO PHONE NUMBER!!!

Product arrived in 3 days, not next day air. I've packs were warm, and the tirzepatide was even warmer. Customer service ai said take pics and don't use, but finally received message saying it's safe to use at room temp for up to 7 days and included the lab study on its potency. Can't trust this study, plus it's red and the customer service said it should be clear color. I dont know how to proceed, charge back, litigation, or they send me timely and cold meds. Chat is super hard to even find the messages. Weighing my options, would Def not trust or use them after my experience and their crappie replies. Super hard to get a trustworthy and timely response esp since I don't trust the temp.

They are a lying pos “company”. They don’t get back to you at all. I’m going to have to report the fraud to my bank. Bc I paid for 3 months in advance and explained I was currently on semaglutide & wanted a dose similar well they just sent one bottle of medication. The medication had one refill, the doctor told me to refill it early and guess what??? The pharmacy I called stated they didn’t fill that medication anymore. I have reached out around 18 times and they have still yet to respond and this has been over the course of four weeks! So I’m out all that money and they won’t respond. Hints you’re not able to call them only message!!

I would not order through them and after they sent this, I’ve tried to communicate with them again trying to build up some kind of trust that if I was to give him a second chance, how would I know that they would actually send it once again, just ignoring me it’s a lot of money to be put on the back burner

They prescribed me the wrong dose and refused to fix the issue. I’m not the only one that has this issue. Lots of info on Reddit. Support nor the doctor is helpful. They just give you the run around and a bunch of bs responses that have nothing to do with your issue. I wish we could upload photos so I could show my prescription vs what I was given! Buy at your own risk! Chargeback is the only option to get your money back!
