I was on game Care for four months. I only stayed with this company that long because it’s only $200 a month very cheap. I am on the max dose of. Tirzepatide at 15mg a week and I have been consistently losing weight until I decided to try this company for months now and I have put on 15 pounds. The medication does nothing. I am 100% positive that this company is a scam and all they did would take my money. Furthermore, I had the last shipment of my medication actually tested, which is supposed to be 15 mg per mill later but it came back as being only about 6 mg/mL. I won’t see the pharmacy name but just so you know if you go to give Care your medication maybe wait under be careful.

My order was sent to the pharmacy on Monday and still hasn't shipped. I messaged customer service over 24 hours ago and still haven't received a response. My last order shipped the next day last time. They took the payment for it. I just don't want to run out.

I used gimme care for a few months and I did see weight loss, however the customer service sucked!! I got a message with 14 weeks of instructions for dosing but then each bottle I received had different instructions. It was like pulling teeth to get clarification or instructions following the 14th week. I initially received syringes that were huge and my doses were tiny; so I was drawing up 4units into a 50 unit syringe. Then I was given smaller syringes as my doses increased, making me have to inject twice to be able to get the full dose. I reached out probably 8-10 times and received no help with getting appropriately sized syringes. I received several vials all at once that said they'd expire before I'd be able to use them all, so I attempted to delay shipments, but still was charged and received more medication, which I just continued to use after the expiration date because it's expensive. Customer support either wouldn't answer my questions or would tell me I was just wrong about what I had received and would disregard my complaints. My problems were "escalated" after I commented on a tiktok ad for Gimme Care and expressed their lack of care. A higher up in the company advised me to message customer support and that was the extent of the "escalated care." I am now using Embody.

Here’s my experience with gimme care. I am happy with the weight loss. It has been 2.5 months and I’ve lost 25 pounds. Minimal side effects, product works well. However; customer service is TERRIBLE. There is no number to call and stupid AI chat takes days to get a response from a real human. Doctor NEVER responds. There has been so many issues for my treatment and I’ve reached out so many times. Cheap price, but in my opinion nowhere near worth it for the service. I recommend pay extra and go through a company who actually cares. My first bottle I received (1 month supply) actually lasted me almost 2 months. Since I followed my plan, the second month bottle they sent me was nowhere near full enough for the dose I was on. It’s not my fault the first bottle has way more than needed. If I were to order another bottle, it would be for a smaller dosage than I am currently on, and my bottle would run out after 2 weeks. My first shipment was “processed” with a label created for 2-3 WEEKS before product was actually sent to me, until I reached out to customer service so many times that they ended up sending it. I’m now going through fifty410 as I’ve heard many people have switched from gimme care to fifty410 for the exact reason of shit customer service. Gimme care is a mess.

Slow shipping. Couldn't get responses from doctors or the care team.

Never received my medication. The doctor sent the prescription to the pharmacy and 14 days later it still didn’t show a tracking number or being shipped. You can never get a live person to ask questions instead you can do the live chat and then get a response via email awhile later. No one could ever tell me if the needs were going to ship so I cancelled and asked for a full refund which I did get and why I’m giving two stars and not one. I had a friend order and she had the same issue and then her first months meds arrived hot and not even chilled.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE Gimme Care! Do not go through this company! Gimme Care. Yes, the intake is a simple questionnaire and your RX is almost immediately approved; within a day! But they completely ignore your requests. I cannot take B12, it makes me violently ill. I specifically notified support and the Dr. assigned to me that I wanted B6. I also sent in photos of my prior prescription form another provider, showing my RX was tirzepatide/peroxidine (B6). When the Dr. sent me a message in the gimme chat, notifying me of my approved RX, I immediately messaged support AND the Dr. that I cannot take the B12. Support told me I can request the change on my next refill and the doctor told me to contact support. So once again, GIMME IGNORED my request and attempts to correct their error - essentially the Dr. ignoring my RX history. Gimme makes you input your payment option before the Dr. reviews your intake, so once that goes through - you are stuck! You will get nothing but the run around from support, the Dr. and gimme email help. The intake questionnaire does NOT ask when compound you prefer but does have you enter prior RX information and send photos of the RX. A reasonable person would assume the doctor would pay attention to this. Gimme does not! So now, I am stuck with a $489 credit card bill for 3 months medication that I cannot use! Sure, I can take it and vomit violently for 4 days straight after the injection, be constipated for days and such severe bloating in my abdomen that I cannot wear anything but a shirt and socks. I’d definitely lose weight this way… is that the “gimmick” of Gimme Care ? I have plead my case with email support multiple times, provided screen shots of all interactions - notifying the doctor and support chat that the RX is wrong. They blame the pharmacy saying compounds are sent on availability and supply, then they will blame you and say your intake form didn’t specify the compound (the intake form has zero place to choose a preference) you put this in if you previously had an RX and send photos. They don’t give you the option to choose. They refuse to send a corrected supply, correct there error or even offer to help make their mistake right. The only positive so far has been that customer service through the app and email is fairly quick; they respond within 24 hours (except weekends). Intake seems easy but be careful, they ignore your prior GLP prescription specifics (the compounds) and refuse to correct their error. So very disappointed in this Company!

These guys are inept. Their communication is mostly done by Ai and rarely are answers related to the actual question asked, even when they initiate the conversation. Order sent to pharmacy, gave them the benefit of waiting 10 business days before I asked for status. Consistently no replies for days. Finally their single human on staff stepped in, and what status they told me did not happen, but order shipped 2 days later. The order process and duration (18 days) tell me they barely have an idea what they're doing. I am hesitant to re-order when it's time. FYI product that was ordered is the product that was delivered.
