I canceled your service and you still charge my card

I've sent multiple messages through the Gimme Care portal. My messages were sent to the doctor. I have been on terzepitide for about 6 months. 2 months ago I switched to Gimme Care. I originally started with MedVi. MedVi was fantastic. I recently switched to Gimme Care due to cost. When my medication arrived from Gimme, the syringes provided were much larger than what MedVi provided. The syringes are too large. When trying to fill, the bend and break. Then the syringe is unusable. The medication also has had zero effect. I would always feel the medication right after the injection from MedVi. With Gimme, nothing. I have sent multiple messages regarding the efficiency and the incorrect syringes. Each time I get the same response. The response informs me that I am new to terzepitide. I am not new to terzepitide. I am then referred to the pharmacy. Nothing has been resolved. I am left with $200 medication that doesn't work. Money wastef. The syringes provided by Gimme are painful and there is bleeding from the injection site. The syringes provided by MedVi were much smaller, pain free, and never a sign of blood at the injection site.

If you want a prescription mill then this is the place for you. Their customer service also lacks any critical thinking and comprehension skills. Switched to another company that already seems 10 times better, and also is cheaper!

The first prescription I received did not have enough to follow the prescribed dose to last the full 3 months that I paid for and when I realized and brought this to their attention, they said the window has passed to file a complaint. I asked how I was supposed to know at the beginning it was not enough medication and they did not respond. I then got my second dose, and the dosage instructions were not correct I went back and forth for a couple weeks trying to explain the dosage didn't match what I left off on. One of their medical providers finally recalculated the dose and advised it was incorrect and needed to increase the units. However, this means I would again be short of medication for the three months I paid for. They advised they would not refund me or send me the additional medication because it was the original doctors’ orders even though it was incorrect. I recently also received a bait and switch email telling me that the original pharmacy doesn't service my state and the only option was to choose another pharmacy charging double what I was originally paying. This company is a fraud and needs to be investigated for medical malpractice.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Gimme Care and would strongly caution others before ordering. On April 23, 2026, I placed an order totaling approximately $897 that was never fulfilled/received despite payment being processed. Since then, communication with customer service has been frustrating, repetitive, and inconsistent. I repeatedly received responses from different “agents” within the same email thread, often with nearly identical wording that did not directly address my concerns or provide a clear resolution timeline. Despite multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly with the company, I experienced delays and unclear explanations rather than a timely resolution or refund. As a consumer, I expected transparency regarding order fulfillment, payment processing, and customer support. Because my issue remained unresolved, I have had to explore outside consumer protection and dispute options. My advice: proceed cautiously and keep screenshots of payments, emails, shipping updates, and all communication. As of today, May 28th, 2026, this still remains unresolved.

I would not recommend this company. They kept sending me the assessment paperwork , so I kept feeling it out, thinking it was not saving . I just happen to be paying my credit card bill and they were charging me for stuff I did NOT order. The items they added to my account have not shipped , told me they had to charge me . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I paid for three months, which I should’ve never done. The medication is crap. I feel absolutely no different except for getting an upset stomach. It didn’t curb my hunger or cravings at all like the actual Zepbound did. I paid for three months of medication and only received enough for one month. They keep arguing with me and telling me that there’s enough for three months but they’re simply is not. They are doing absolutely nothing to resolve any of my issues. please stay away from this company. They are an absolute scam and they do not care, once they get their money, they are done with you. They will not help you any further.

Hello Chloe, I'm sorry you feel that way. To address your concerns in order: I just looked at the pharmacy shipment for your order and you are indeed owed additional medication due to a software error during your order. I've already escalated this to the doctor to have this corrected immediately. Regarding your question of the purity of the medication, the fulfilling pharmacy is FDA reguiated with purity testing done on each batch manufactured. I would encourage you to reach out to that pharmacy directly where the pharmacist can provide you with any testing that you need to be ensured that this is real medication. I do acknowledge and apologize for the incorrect messaging you were provided regarding the amount of medication you received and our QC team will work directly with the staff member who advised you incorrectly as we do strive to always do better in the future for our customers!

Extremely disappointing experience. I was prescribed a tirzepatide formulation that required injecting 1.5mL (150 units) weekly due to an unusually low concentration, which meant multiple injections with standard syringes. None of this was clearly disclosed before the medication shipped. I had to do the dosage calculations myself and repeatedly follow up just to get basic clarification. Customer support acknowledged the issue only after the order was already processed and shipped, then essentially told me there was “nothing they could do” because of pharmacy limitations. If you’re using a telehealth company for convenience and professional guidance, you should not be left reverse-engineering your own medication dosing and troubleshooting avoidable formulation issues after the fact. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and overall handling of the situation completely destroyed my confidence in the service. I will not be returning as a customer.
