The product (tirzepatide) seems to be of great quality. The packaging and shipping was very good. I still need to titrate to a higher dose, but so far it's been a good experience.

The price point is more affordable than alot of other sites that I have looked into who has hidden fees for meal plans ect.. that I don't want. So if you just want the medicine a basic plan this is for you. But the company does respond and a doctor is a chat away and surprisingly in my state which was very impressive to me. I would like to see the website more interactive to change plans, payment methods ect. But you email customer service and they are very responsive. Overall a good pick for GLp1's.

I paid the $199 they took the money just fine. My order has been stuck at sent to pharmacy and I haven’t received anything after a week. Their customer service is nonexistent. I can’t talk to anyone about what’s going on. They say they will get back to me but never do. The email is not working. I get an undelivered mail returned to sender. I’m extremely frustrated with this company. Edit: I was unaware of the things going on with the distributor and someone got back to me via the chat in the app. They also gave me a $25 credit for the experience. I would still recommend this company.
