I started with Gimme Care and promptly gained 10 pounds! I had no lifestyle changes that would warrant that. It was clearly a bad prescription. You can't speak to somebody on the phone, so I contacted both the doctor and Support regarding my order. Both kept directing me to the other one, both had no answers. The order arrived with slightly cool (by no means cold) ice packs. I explained all of this to no avail. Complete runaround. So I left a review on Trustpilot. Gimme Care immediately responded asking me to contact them. Which I did, only to get MORE runaround and NO resolution. Complete waste of time and money. I should have just thrown the money out the window and saved myself a 10 pound weight gain.

Ordered 3 month supply of tirzepatide compound. First three months were great, then got the next three month supply. Medication had zero effect even at higher dose, reached out to customer service who referred me to prescribing doctor and never got a response. Would not recommend.

My medication arrived very hot, ice pack was hot. This medication is supposed to be refrigerated. I reached out to Gimme's customer support (automated only) and was told by them that is meant to withstand normal shipping conditions and it is safe to use. I tried to explain (3 times to them and twice to the clinic staff) that this shipment exceeded "normal shipping conditions" the medication was very hot to touch, not just warm. I received the same reply, word for word. I am being forced to use it, or lose my $500. They are refusing to re-ship and allow me to return these. I do not recommend doing business with this company!! UPDATE TO REPLY: Again, Gimme.Care is refusing to make this right. They are requiring that I contact the pharmacy regarding this issue, rather than dealing with it appropriately. They will not replace the compromised medication I paid $500 for. This company is a total scam!! Do not do business with them at any cost!!

If you sign up with the monthly auto renewal, the date they charge you will creep up every single month until you end up paying every 3 weeks. I was told for a couple of months that the charge as early as it was happening was to allow for processing time that typically took 2 weeks. Then I wanted to cancel my order per the policy, prior to a shipment number being assigned, they ignored my request, rushed the order to be shipped, then came back to me 72 hours later saying they cannot cancel it now because it has a tracking number attached to it now. They wanted to make sure they got that last $200 from me.

As others have stated, Gimme Care will push you to the lowest dose they possibly can even if it doesn’t work. They don’t care about your weight loss they care about their profits. It took me weeks to get my dosage to the point where it was working and then when it refilled they unilaterally cut my dosage by 30%! They then wanted me to run the gauntlet of their complicated website to simply get the dosage that I was currently on. I beleive this is illegal to reduce a dosage without my consent or a medical consultation. Read the reviews. I am not alone and this is not a simple mistake it is their business model. I would look elsewhere. I am going to after the current three month purchase is complete.

While the process of obtaining services was relatively seamless, the moment I requested a cancellation and refund, I was ghosted. I placed an order May 12 and chose to cancel by May 15 due to high-risk reviews that did not leave me feeling safe to do business with this company. I received a response from 'David' that my cancellation was confirmed, and my refund would be due back to me in 7-10 business days. I finally got my money back today (7/17/26) because I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Read the Terms and Conditions regarding their return policy. I had to ask for that language multiple times from the chatbot because the link on their website is inactive. Gimme Care indicated a $100 retainer fee for cancelling AFTER I signed up for medical care and they took the 3-month cost out of my account. If you have had a negative experience and lost money, I recommend filing a report with the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. ***thanks for the reply to my public comment but none of the emails. Medication was never dispensed. I placed the order May 12 and cancelled it by May 15 so I never received product***

My order status has been on hold for 6 days and I’m unable to get a response from anyone from their site. I have messaged and emailed them. My card has been charged and received no confirmation emails

There's no support. My order wasnt fulfilled after almost a week, there's no phone number for support, AI chat support blocks after you send the first message saying a person will review and will answer soon but They dont answer anymore, waiting for 24h with no way to contact them.
