There’s the uncertainty, the hope that something will finally help, and sometimes the frustration of not knowing how long it will take to get an answer. I went into the day expecting just that—a wait. I thought I’d be checking my phone, wondering when I’d hear back, preparing myself for delays. But that’s not how it happened. I didn’t have to wait long. Before the end of the day, I was approved for my medication.
