Received 2 orders, both times product was extremely hot due to the outdoor heat (95+ degrees here). It came in a styrofoam cooler with icepacks that had melted and were very hot, so basically a foam oven. Researching, i've read that high temperatures are extremely bad for this product.

First off I tried to cancel my order due to the shipment taking too long, when I asked to cancel, they shipped it 2 days later then emailed me saying they couldn’t because it was already shipped. My meds arrived and they were no longer cold. It was in my fridge for a few days. I took a dose yesterday and have been throwing up for 10 hours straight. I’ve been on and off GLPs and have never been this sick.

I was dissapointed with their customer service. I have very few needs using the GLP. I had two experiences with customer service and both were bad. I inquired about an issue with delivery and the vials not mainting a cold temperature. The second issue I had was with lack of syringes, that were either not delivered or misplaced, but either way it is a very small ask for more syringes, but apparently it was too much to ask of them. I would have paid for the syringes. I have since cancelled my subscription.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They did not ship the promised medication and refused to either provide it or issue a refund. Three people were present when box was opened and all saw that the needles and wipes were enclosed but no medication. Gimme was unable or unwilling to provide proof that the medication was actually shipped. You will get zero assistance if you experience any sort of shipment problem. There are many options for obtaining GLPs so choose someone else and avoid the $489 loss I experienced.

Honestly my experience was terrible. The communication is slow and sometimes unresponsive. I was told my order was on the way and out of nowhere they canceled my order without any explanation. They don’t even email you updates or give you any reason why. Very disappointing.

I tried contacting this company. Do email and through texts, I get no response. My meds were ordered almost two weeks ago. Still no tracking information, nothing they do not get back with me. I'm giving them a poor review.I don't know how do I post it

Honest review Didn’t like how a doctor doenst call you or tell you of side affects with the medication. The medication came two days in fedex and the temperatures are hot 🥵 which meant the ice packs were cold but not frozen. No instructions or anything that came with the medication. The downside is that you have to pull the medication and inject it not the other way around where some already have it in an injector and you just inject it very easily without overdosing . Can’t talk to a live person all AI crap. Had to google how to cancel subscription and finally managed it on my own. After cancellation there was no email that I had cancelled so I deleted my card on file …kinda sketchy. I didn’t take the medication since the ice packs weren’t cold. Doenst have simple instructions on how to take it like it said 5 units which is .5 why can’t they say that some People don’t know what 5 units is (like me) had to google it. No info on how to take it or what high side affects with it . Just the syringes and warm medicine. I wouldn’t trust them

UPDATE: as you can see from their canned response they have zero humans working customer service. If so they would have already seen my numerous emails. *****THIS IS PROOF! BEWARE****** I filled out everything as required. I explained that I was a long term GLP-1 user and needed to start my Trizeptide at 12.5 or above. I was approved but never told that I would not get the dose I needed. I paid for 3 months as required to receive the medication. When it came it was only 1.5mg per week! That was MUCH less than I had been taking. I contacted them multiple times through AI chat before I was able to get a human on chat. They acknowledged that the 1.5mg was an error on their part and they would send the correct dose. When I got the replacement shipment about 2 weeks later the dose was only 9mg. I contacted them YET AGAIN and they contacted the doctor who said it should go to 11.5 then 13.5 and they agreed. But when I asked when they would ship the correct amount they said "oh you have enough" and it would be corrected when I reordered and paid AGAIN! In what world of mathematics does a 9mg dose become 11.5-13.5mg without replacing the medication with the proper dose or sending an additional low dose of 2.5-3.5 to take with the 9mg sent? All I want is to get WHAT I PAID FOR. Gimme's website states that dosage adjustments are included in their one price so why are they unwilling to send me the additional increase to correct their mistake? I've been reading their reviews. On Reddit Michael, Gimme's new VP of Care, assured their customers that he was making changes that would address the problems their customers are experiencing. It is becoming increasingly more obvious that was just talk. After being ignored via text, email, and chat messaging I requested a refund from my Discover Card. Gimme disputed it and sent only one chat that showed that they acknowledged that the dose was wrong and that they would send the correct one. But when received it was not the 11.5-13.5mg the doctor ordered but only 9mg for 3 months. When I contacted them again they ignored my emails and chats and deleted my account! I am in the middle of sending documentation disputing the charge with my credit card company but ideally I just want the CORRECT dosage instead of a refund. If you are considering GLP-1 BEWARE of this company. There is ABSOLUTELY no way to actually speak to someone should you have an issue and they are unwilling to make things right or honor their claim of dosing adjustments at no additional charge.
