The booking via Giggster was effortless and smooth! Great interface and easy communication with clients.

The platform is very easy to set up and use. Customer service is very helpful. The clients we have has so far have been great and respectful. It is very easy to communicate to the client before their arrival.

We waited six weeks to receive a resolution after multiple payments were not received. During that time, we had to follow up numerous times to obtain updates and responses. While we eventually received support and a solution to resolve the issue, the length of time and lack of proactive communication made the process unnecessarily challenging.

Every platform eventually faces difficult situations. What truly matters is how those situations are handled. Throughout our communication, the Giggster team listened carefully, remained professional, and ultimately reached a fair and thoughtful resolution. We especially appreciated their willingness to recognize our efforts and their commitment to improving the experience for both hosts and renters. We rented a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained filming space from Bob and his family, and the experience was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and welcoming from start to finish. They provided everything we needed and went above and beyond to be flexible with our production schedule. Their support made a huge difference, and honestly, we would not have been able to complete our project without them. I recently used Giggster and had a great experience! The website is very user friendly and communication with my host was a breeze. There’s many different spaces to choose from across the entire city. Would definitely use again!
