It was easy and seamless to book a location

Platform was relatively easy to use. My only suggestion at this point would be to allow hosts to set different hourly rates for evenings, weekends, holidays and high demand dates.

Giggster customer support has been so efficient, kind and professional. I had a very stressful situation come up with regards to the venue I rented and they responded right away with compassion as well as all the information I needed. Literally within a minute of my finally requesting my refund (after exchanging multiple emails with them already) they had processed it and sent a super kind final email back.

Customer support was quick and effective! I needed help updating a booking and Anie was great! She helped me with the update and was very responsive throughout the process.
