GigaPartsReviews of gigaparts.com

I ordered a 17' extendable antenna from Gigaparts. I discovered that it was only 15' 4.5" and thus wouldn't resonate on 20 meters. Sue Stephens at Gigaparts worked with me to figure out what was wrong. It turned out that on the initial opening, I just had to pull on it very hard to get the extra element out. Now it telescopes just fine. A big thanks to Sue Stephens and Gigaparts. I have never had this level of support from any company before.

Placed an order on 1/10/2025,

Ordered an antenna analyzer on 11-23. received email that it was backordered and would ship in about 3 weeks. On 12-26 received notice of refund with no further details. Customer service explained that the product was discontinued. Disappointed to learn this after waiting nearly five weeks. Will avoid purchasing from Gigaprts in the future.

Charged me 25% restocking fee for returning a defective product within 30 days of purchase. Customer service was very unfriendly and unhelpful.

I called GigaParts to get the status on a special order that I had made. Sue S helped me and she was able to ascertain all the information I was looking for in just moments. I also learned from her about another product that was very interesting to me. Her ham radio knowledge was excelent. On my next order from GigaParts I'll be sure to look for Sue S to help me out!

Good store with fast delivery

Ordered a microphone for my HT and the PTT didn't work when received. They were happy to have me return it as long as I paid the shipping. Not worth it for a low dollar item. It will take my business to DX Engineering.

Love shopping at Gigaparts they always very helpful and answer your questions either on ham radio o computers, always having contests and interactive on social media platforms as well 2 stores to serve and fast shipping too. One of my top places to go to get ham radio equipment and some computer parts
