The cup is as advertised. It's for a left-handed person if you want to see the picture when you're using the cup. I wish the design of the woman had more clothing options. It really doesn't look like me!

Hello, We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. For mugs, we print and ship from the US. Because we sell personalized items, they are not available in stock and take time to produce. We have checked your order information and it takes 5 days for you to receive the item (ordered on October 28th, and we delivered you on November 02nd.) We hope you can understand with us in this case. Have a nice day!

I have not received my mugs yet. Your website said 7-10 days...still waiting. I ordered 2 mugs, 2 weeks ago as a gift for my daughter visiting. She has returned home already...no gift! You should never use DHL for shipping.

My customized mug arrived faster than expectations. The packaging ensured that the mug arrived undamaged. The large mug is standard quality with excellent graphic print quality. This is a gift for my daughter-in-law and I am confident she will love the personalized mug!
