Having ordered Xmas items from 2 companies, Giftymize was absolutely The Best. The item was damaged in shipment & they immediately sent another at express shipping & no charge…..great customer service!! The other company, wanderprints, has YET to get me 1 of 2 items ordered over a month ago…and just keeps saying, “it’s coming”….cant track & they have no info when I inquire about possible delivery time. I will definitely only order again from Giftymize!

Great website with LOTS of graphics options. Cup arrived in a timely manner, WELL packaged, a great quality mug, and the graphics are perfect.

Poor quality on personalized cup Slow, little response on any corrective action Took photos of cup and forwarded with no response Xmas gift gone bad Never again business with Giftymize

The mug is exactly as described. It is very cute! It also arrived quickly.

The ordering process was good. The end product was not 100% perfect for such a pricey coffee cup. The design on one side is noticeably off-center.

Quality of product.

Had a misunderstanding with customer support but navigating through the issue. Mug is well made and a great quality product.
